Experience North Ocean City near the sandy shores

We enjoyed our stay and short walk to the beach at Ed’s place! We loved family game nights at the kitchen table and on the back porch. Ed was very responsive and kind when we needed anything. We brought our own sheets and towels because of another review, but we’re happy to see they were provided for us in clear bags. You do need to bring toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc., which we knew before hand. It’s a beach place and not a 5 star hotel- perfect for what it is. The pool was a blast for adults and kiddos, especially after the beach.

This was our second stay at this location and it was just as nice as the first stay. Situated a block back from the beach block, it is located away from the crowd and traffic noise but easily close enough to walk to the beach. Tip: There is a gap in the fence surrounding the property when walking toward the beach so you do not have to walk the whole way to the front of the development, just cut through the gap and the ASHORE parking lot and you will be at the beach in 5 min. With Acme grocery also in walking distance, one could easily leave their car sit most of the time if they wanted to just take it easy and enjoy the local stuff. The condo has 2BR and 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and living area as well as a dining area. One of the highlights for us is the screened-in back deck which overlooks the large pool. The place is great as is the location but probably the best part is the excellent communication from the owner (Ed.) He goes out of his way to make sure you know all the details of your trip and to make sure you are settled in when you get there. For someone who wants to be situated in North OC, this is a great choice.

The condo was very nice. We enjoy this complex and our grandaughters enjoyed the pool. The owner responded to all of our questions very quickly.

My husband, adult son and 10 yr old daughter absolutely felt at home here. Very clean and spacious living areas, well-stocked kitchen, and fantastic screened in balcony with a ceiling fan are just a few highlights. Add to it the fact that it’s a quick walk to the ocean and you can essentially take the coastal highway in either direction to ANYWHERE your heart desires makes this an exemplary location. We also took full advantage of the pool access. It was very clean, staffed with a lifeguard, a good size and never crowded. The host is also VERY communicative and helpful. I’d also like to add that it was very convenient to take advantage of the the towel and linens service instead of lugging our own. Thank you SO MUCH for allowing us to enjoy your condo. It was awesome.

Great property near the beach. Also has a pool. Very clean and nicely decorated. Ed was helpful when we had trouble using the key pad, and responded right away.

The condo is located in a condo development that is just back from the main drag through Northern OC. It is a great spot to explore south or North from there. The beach is just a short 5 min walk, the pool is beautiful and the property itself was very nicely taken care of through out. On the inside, there was plenty of room for a family or group of 4-6 with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pans, etc...just about anything you would need. One great feature of this place is the screened-in back deck which overlooks the pool. It is a great location for both morning and evening. There was a large TV in the main living room and smaller TV's in the bedrooms. The owner also just put down new beach wood look flooring throughout. Speaking of the owner, he is great at communication and checked in with us after we arrived. Our trip was a great experience and was helped greatly by staying at this location.
