Excellent communication with host!! There was an issue with our condo when we first arrived. I contacted the host, and the issue was resolved immediately. The condo that we stayed in was very clean, well decorated, and the view was spectacular! I highly recommend staying at one of the properties hosted by Kims Condos.

Love this condo. The unit has high end appliances, pots and pans and dishes. Several pans, utensils and dishes weren't cleaned well though but i always wash things before use anyway. Comfy beds and walk in showers. Kim's condos responds immediately to any concerns. We love the location of the condo being on the 2nd floor of tower 3 because we can easily walk the stairs to the main pool and car. This year the pool gate was blocked off due to a recent fire 3 floors above us. This caused us to walk across the parking lot to get to the pool, half the pool closed too as well as beach access. It also meant we had scaffolding and fencing across half our balcony with workers working very loudly early mornings. They also closed the walkway we had to use to the parking lot and pool for a couple days making us go to the main exit then further across the parking lot to the pool. None of this was anything Kim's Condos could control though. Just made our vacation less enjoyable. The location of the condo and ease to the pool and beach access is one of the reasons we choose it.

Def will come again! Absolutely beautiful and not too busy even on college spring break week. Recommend bringing nonstick pan, extra paper products and dish detergent. Property is gorgeous.

We frequently come to the Long Beach but this condo is one of the nicest we have stayed in. I didn’t think I’d like the lower level but actually I liked it better. Everything was very clean and beautiful. The beds felt like you were sleeping in a cloud they were so comfortable. We came to celebrate our friends anniversary along with New Years and will definitely be back. Even though it was colder than normal we had an amazing time!!

Easiest check in process, clean unit, very beautifully updated! We had all the compliments from family about our unit. The mattresses and pillows were great, wish we could find out the brand! Will most definitely be coming back!

This condo was perfect for our family! Beautiful renovations. Updated kitchen and baths with nice tile showers. We loved the ice maker!

Nice condo with all needed amenities. Extra ice freezer was really handy. Beds comfy. Clean.

property is great. have stayed here in the past. I would suggest doing something about the last step to the beach. It's too high for elder folks and younger children, toddlers.
