Spring 2026 update: I personally stayed at the condo and completed deep cleaning, preventative maintenance and installing upgrades ie: A/C duct/dryer vent cleaned, all carpets shampooed, all 70+ light bulbs replaced with adjustable LED bulbs, all cabinets and cupboards cleaned throughout, lots of new pots/pans/kettles/utensils, cleaned under all beds, ceramic tile joints cleaned, all appliances (kitchen and washer/dryer) cleaned and are like new condition, all dishes/glasses/cookware cleaned, all doors & windows washed, furniture cushions removed/vacuumed/cleaned, every wall & floor surface cleaned, all electrical covers/switchplates cleaned, all three toilet tank components were overhauled, all light fixtures/lamps/ceiling fans cleaned, bed comforters either new or drycleaned.
