This over-sized one bedroom condo provides stunning views of Aspen Mountain from every room. It’s on the top floor of a two story building. One flight of stairs up

The large master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling, a large wall of glass, balcony access, en suite full bath, laundry center and flat screen. The sun hits shadow mountain every morning, see it from bed.

The living room has a wood burning fireplace, cathedral ceiling, bigcomfy sectional, large flat screen, balcony access and big mountain views.

Separate dining area with table seating for six or more.

Fully equipped cooks kitchen, with full sized stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar with seating for two. And more mountain views.

A second full bath off the living room is a real luxury when there's two or more in residence.

The balcony spans the full width of the unit and faces Aspen Mountain, overlooking the pool and the hot tub.

There is an assigned parking space steps from the front door. However, it is not necessary to have a car at this location. Aspen is a walking town. The condo is one block to restaurant row, the downtown retail core, and entertainment and night life; one short block to the free bus line bus stop which services all of the ski areas and other popular venues, and just 3-4 blocks to the Aspen Mountain Gondola and Lift 1-A.

The location is prime for all of Aspen's activities, winter, spring, summer and fall. Skiing, boarding, snowmobiling, horseback riding, biking, hiking, running, fly fishing, rafting, photography, shopping, galleries, dining, and entertainment.

Unit is suitable for 2 adults and 1-2 children/teens. Occupancy by more must be authorized by host prior to booking. Additional or unauthorized guests will incur a charge of $100 per guest per night. GUEST EXPLICITLY AUTHORIZES OWNER ACCESS TO ANY SECURITY DEPOSIT OR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WITH VRBO FOR THE PURPOSE OF COLLECTION OF THESE FEES, INCLUDING AFTER THE STAY SHOULD IT BE DETERMINED THAT ADDITIONAL GUESTS WERE IN RESIDENCE

We are a licensed business in Aspen, and our unit has been vetted and permitted (Permit #083668) in full compliance with Aspen's Short Term Rental Ordinance, STR. Permits are limited in number and require adherence to numerous guidelines for the safety and well being of the guests. Where ever you choose to stay for your Aspen visit, you should make sure it is licensed and permitted STR.

Regarding your safety and security, access is granted when you enter a unique code that is “live” only between your check in time and check out time. Your code has never been used before and will never allow access again and it will not be given to anyone but you, and only through the rental platform.

SMOKING NOTICE: This is a no smoking unit in a no smoking complex. Smoking is not allowed in the unit, on the balcony or front steps and landing entering the unit. Smoking is not allowed in the pool/hot tub area, the parking area or any part of the complex. Smoking in or around the unit will result in a minimum $300 deep cleaning charge. Smoking on the complex will result in a fine of $100-$500 (Condo association rules). For the purpose of this notice smoking includes, but is not limited to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, including vaping, e-cigs and the like. TRIP INTERRUPTION AND CANCELLATION Aspen is a mountain town at high elevation. Conditions in and around Aspen occasionally make access by air and car difficult, even impossible. Your preferred mode of transportation may be delayed or cancelled. Examples of potential issues include uncooperative weather, at any time of the year, fires, slides and other hazards. To protect you and your party from financial loss due to these occurrences, we strongly recommend you obtain trip interruption insurance. While we don’t offer it many credit cards and third party insurers do.

Generally, access to the hot tub is year round, and the pool in the summer months subject to Association rules. Dates and operations of the pool and the hot tub are beyond the control of your host as they are part of a condo complex managed by others. As such, guest affirms that while access to pool and/or hot tub may be desirable it is not critical to guests enjoyment of their stay in Aspen and as such will not hold host or VRBO liable or seek rate adjustments in the event access is limited or not available during some or all of guest’s stay.

    Condominium is extremely clean and well appointed and spacious. Vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling glass allow for massive mountain and ski slope views. Walkable to most everything in the city center including eataries,shops, the city market, the Aspen art museum and the main gondola in Aspen.

    Stayed here for 4 nights in March. The unit is super convenient to the downtown area as well as ski lifts. Clean, spacious, and comfortable with views of the mountains. Nice bathrooms and good linens. Would stay here again!

    Very nice condo. Great location. Within walking distance of all the nice shops, bars and restaurants in Aspen. Condo is on the second floor and the parking spot is right at the bottom of the stairs. Very convenient. Plenty of room. Dishwasher wasn't working while we were there and it had a note on it which stated that, but other than that it was perfect. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others. Owner was very easy to work with. Will be coming back!!

    This condo is in a terrific location. Just a few blocks from the center of town and within walking distance to everything. The condo is not overly luxurious, but it is well appointed with two bathrooms, a comfortable bed, nice linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen area and plenty of room. The condo has a small balcony for fresh air and the building has a nice pool for a quick dip. Everything is maintained well and is clean and neat. The unit is not air conditioned so it can get a bit stuffy on hot days but nights are cool and comfortable. My only compliant is that there is a transom window in the bedroom that does not have a shade.so expect early morning light. This condo is a really nice place to stay.

    We recently stayed over the week of Christmas. The location of this condo in downtown Aspen was key for us. After skiing in Snowmass each day, it was a great place to return to, relax, and WALK to dinner, grocery store, or the shops each night in downtown Aspen. The size of the condo, amenities & coziness of the condo were just right for our small family of 3. The owner checked in with us a couple times across our stay as well, to see how everything was. All in all a very enjoyable Christmas week in a place that felt as comfortable as home.

    We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is well-decorated and extremely comfortable. We slept very well and made good use of the big screen tv. Being right in town was great. Walk to slopes, dining and shopping. We will definitely stay here again.
