Stayed Jun 2, 2025Small but very functional apartment! It’s fully equipped for your cooking or laundry needs. In addition, it is located right next to the clubhouse so you are always a minute away from a free coffee, grilling your dinner or rest at the pool. The building is quiet, safe, offers very clean and well equipped gym. The best part is the location. The park is right in front and you have groceries, bars, breweries within walking distance!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Large 1 bedroom. Nicely furnished. Large patio with 2 rocking chair to sit and see the view. Would stay again if I needed a rental for a 30 day stay
