Location was really good, renter communication was good.

Nice clean property not too far from the airport or downtown. Big kitchen area and comfortable beds would be perfect for small family or 2 couples!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo it was cozy, comfy and spotless. The beds were really comfortable along with plenty of fluffy pillows. The shower was huge and felt great after a day of activity. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots and pans we needed. We really enjoyed this condo truly a wonderful location close to everything.

We loved the convenience of this location! Our host was so patient and responsive to all of my questions throughout the entire trip, from planning to arrival. We hope to make it back to the area to visit and would absolutely stay again.

Nicely styled home, in a safe quiet neighborhood, comfy bed, soft sheets, cool shower with stone floor, modern appliances, conveniently located to everything you need and friendly owners. I’d definitely stay here again.

This condo was very clean and in a good location. Even though it is attached with a condo on either side, it was quiet. It was close to town, which was great. Communication with the owner was easy. I would totally recommend this condo if you are looking for a place in Anchorage.

Lovely updated accommodation! Plenty of room for adults and families. Well appointed and stocked with extras. Outdoor area is a little sparse but grilling is easily doable. Parking might not be suitable for larger vehicles but our crossover was fine. Would definitely consider staying again!

Quiet, clean, convenient location and responsive hosts.

My wife and I stayed in this condo three nights and found it to be even better than advertised. It is a very nice, clean condo that is nicely furnished and well-stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The condo is located in a pleasant family style neighborhood that is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and even Starbucks. This stay was a great start for our Alaskan cruise!Mark & Jean B.

Very comfortable, kitchen well supplied. My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for replacing the barbeque grill, we weren't able to utilize but I am sure future guests will enjoy grilling! We loved walking around the lake too. Gary thank you for being a great host and answering any questions that I had. Communication was great!

This VRBO was a nice stop over for our time in Anchorage. Clean with many amenities made it a perfect place to prepare a meal if needed.

My stay was nearly 7 weeks to visit my son and his wife and my daughter and 6 grandchildren. The condo was a first floor comfortable space just right for this 75 year old. The kitchen was well supplied and the sofas were very comfortable. Gary and Laura were very attentive and quick to respond to my few requests. The neighborhood was quiet I would recommend having a car. I did not but the Lyft averaged about $15 to most anywhere in Anchorage. Cheney Lake was an added bonus and great for a walk around. I highly recommend.
