Stayed Jan 7, 2022This unit has beautiful views of Charlotte Bay, birds, boats, and gorgeous sunsets. It is well appointed and had everything we needed except drain rack, measuring cups, edged cookie sheets and toaster oven. Pots and pans and most kitchen items looked brand new and well stocked, even for a dinner with eight people. The only problem we had was with a dying refrigerator which did not dispense water or ice until it was finally fixed after us waiting 5 days for various repair men. This started the day we arrived. We felt there should have been some compensation for our time spent waiting days for repairs that should have been handled before we arrived. Refrigerator did die 5 days before we left and caused more discussion with owner and another precious day waiting for a rental refrigerator to arrive, thankfully to save all our food. Owner took care of the problem, but many wasted days of my time to accommodate an old refrigerator. Another problem we encountered was with the elevator which opens directly into the 4th floor unit from the ground floor. During the first month, it would randomly not work causing us to use 4 flights of stairs, sometimes carrying groceries or golf clubs. Again, repair men in the unit trying to figure out the problem. All and all a beautiful property and one of the best we have ever rented. Look forward to returning.

Stayed Jan 5, 2020I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in beautiful Vivante! The condo was in a great location to restaurants, waterfront and shops. It was wonderfully appointed and lacked for nothing! The owner was very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was leaving 17 days early due to the Covid 19 virus! I hope that I can someday return to this beautiful place! Bonnie
