    Overall we loved the place, its close to everything like shopping, food, Beach etc. We had hard time checking in because the instructions were not sent to us and they took forever to send them again. The Lady wasn’t in much os a hurry to send them. I had to call multiple times. Therr are ants everywhere in the unit, looks like this building doesn’t have a regular pest control because ive seen other reviews about the same control. There are 2 bathrooms but if you’re using both showers at the same time the water pressure is low. But besides all these things we had a blast, the best this is you can walk to everything

    A/C in bedroom was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Cable TV would not work, sliders wouldn’t open and even if they did there were no screens so bugs could come in. No dish towels, no wash clothes!

    Nice place. However there were tiny bugs crawling all over the kitchen and bed side table and floor. I cleaned the kitchen counters many times a day to try and get rid of them but they just kept coming. They were all around the sink and dishwasher too. When I opened the dishwasher they were on the clean dishes. I just decided to keep cleaning them up and deal with it, but it was pretty gross. Other problem was there were no pool towels and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall so we couldn’t use it. Aside from that the place was nice.

    Nice penthouse apartment with great view. The apartment is well equipped and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach. Well equipped. Easy check in. Parking is tight.

    The property was great. There was some damage (walls of the bathroom) and dirt (especially the vents) but overall this property was located in a great place. We were able to walk a lot and get to the beach in just a few minutes. Close to restaurants and shops (the expensive shops- the touristy shops). There's a great gift shop just below the condo which was great selection and prices. McDonald's for coffee was just below the condo. They don't provide a lot of things to stay there. For example, to wash dishes, we had one towel for drying. But the kitchen had all the dishes you needed to cook if you wanted to. The beds had minimal blankets and no spares. The beds are so-so comfy. I liked that my kids got their own beds. The view on the lanai was breathtaking, seeing both ocean and mountains. The doors to the lanai were very difficult to open, which is good if you have children but you need to put in some effort to open them. They had a washer/dryer which was so helpful as we didn't pack clothes for every day. There is only 1 couch. Now, the biggest concern, I paid a deposit. I asked them the day after I checked out when I would receive it back. They said 5 days. A few days after that, they said 14 days but would do it manually for me as an exception (around day 10) It's been 13 days since we left and the refund for the $300 deposit is still not received. (We left Nov 5 and today is Nov 18)

Reviewer Comments: I stayed at a hotel in Hawaii for 20 years during my annual vacation.This year, I rented my first vacation rental room.Because the presentation program in Japan by Ray Hawaii Real Estate CEO Arry Okano was wonderful.To be honest, there was a false alarm of the fire alarm at midnight on the first day, and I was very tired.However, there is nothing else to worry about living in the Waikiki area.The view is also wonderful. It's a perfect room for sightseeing.You can't park in a big car. I recommend a small car or a large sedan.
