Exclusive Ocean Front Luxury Condo-Rosarito, Mexico

Nice and clean

Pros: The proper itself was beautiful! It is in a quiet 7 story building with beautiful views and a nice size pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. The beach below is private, only a few properties have access to it. The property is gated with 24 hour security and very well maintained. Would definitely stay here again. It was a little hard to find but The owner responded quickly to my call and helped us get there. Great communication from the owner. Cons: Not many cons about this property. As expected, the surrounding area outside of the gate is dangerous after dark, I do not recommend driving or walking around after 8pm. Also the property does not have central heating, however the owners do provide space heaters. Other then that, everything was wonderful. Will definitely be coming back!

The views were amazing

Very relaxing clean and comfortable and safe. Security 24/7. Internet was not that great but the Smart TV worked perfect! Had all the apps available. Kitchen well stocked. Host had fast response and was very helpful. We did get lost getting there as there is several condos with same first name. And we were not aware of that so we kept going to the wrong so make sure to Go to the name exact name listed on your instructions. And don’t use iPhone Maps as it will take you to the wrong condos. It took us 2 hours to get there when it should have been less than 30 minutes. Now those sunsets are the best ever. The last day there we got to see a school of dolphins. We slept with the glass doors opened all night so we can hear the waves crashing all night long. So relaxing. You can cook and eat or be watching tv and still be enjoying yourself with this beautiful view place was Awesome

We couldn’t find the location but host David guide us to get to the right location. This is a Great location, Beautiful beach view, and easy access to the beach. Fast response from Memo, the maintenance.

This house is beautiful and has an open air patio where you can view the pool and the entire beach. It is very safe and secure as it is gated and you need a key to walk down to the beach. It is mirror steps away. Couldn’t ask for a better setting.

The ocean view was beautiful, Definitely the Bathroom needs an update Definitely new towels, the bedroom need some new pillows. Will be Nice to have something to clean the floor The whole six days that I was there, I wasn’t able to connect to the Wi-Fi the TV. It was really hard to get any channels and everything was in Spanish and we cannot switch it to English

The view was amazing! The property is a little south of the main city, but that what I loved! It has a private beach, so you are constantly being approached by vendors. The infinity pool and jacuzzi were an added bonus! They have their own secure parking lot. We are definitely coming back!

We loved staying at this property and with these owners. They made everything super easy. The unit is in a building that is in a perfect location. You can walk via the beach or the street to downtown Rosarito but you aren't in the middle of the craziness. The beach in front of the unit is gorgeous and you have private access. The pool is infinite edge and you can just sit in the pool and look over the ocean. it's really dreamy. The unit was gorgeous as well. We just had an amazing time, amazing location, and awesome unit. No complaints, only compliments. We will stay again for sure.

This place is right near the strip and ocean front property. Place was clean and neat the restroom was very nice. Only down side was the pool wasn't working but the owner let us know ahead of time which I appreciated. Security is really nice but take their job seriously and don't allow anyone on the property, very safe.

This was the best experience you could ever get while in Mexico. The unit is huge you feel like you're at home, but in luxury the unit is absolutely beautiful the views are breathtaking, security is a peace of mind. everything about this property makes us want to come back every weekend .
