Property itself was great. Very comfortable and attractive and a good location. The building needs some upgrades, but the condo we stayed in was lovely and modern.

Very well appointed unit with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Good for large groups or families (one bedroom has a bunk bed setup). Full kitchen and living room area with all necessary appliances and gadgets. Located in walking distance of most of central Cleveland.

We stayed for a quick overnight trip downtown with friends and the penthouse was perfect. Clean and great location!

Eric is a great communicator! No false advertising. Place was clean, in good order and accurate to pictures and descriptions. Great if you are going to an event at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse! Eric went above and beyond, we won’t hesitate booking again.

The property was great and was better than described in the listing, the beds were very comfortable with plenty of space in each bedroom. Easy check in and plenty of space in the unit for the family to hang out. We are native Clevelanders that enjoy coming back in town for Football and Baseball games everyear. This is the perfect location for both and plenty of places to eat within easy walking distance. Parking is not offered, but there are plenty of public lots available close by and had no problem reserving a spot on SpotHero. Will stay here again if available.

We came into town to see a show and stayed at the property. The beds were really comfortable. Everything was very clean. We really enjoyed our time.

Beautiful loft apartment! Accurate pictures, walking distance to so many great places. Apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. Eric was very responsive to our many inquiries. Would recommend for your stay in Cleveland.
