Beautiful property

Beautiful spot on the north shore. We loved being on the golf course and love turtle Bay Area. The condo fit our needs well. Some hopefully helpful feedback for the owner: could use more silverware and stated there was a blender but we couldn’t find one. The rug in the living room kept bunching up, making a hazard for tripping. And the freezer seemed to leak water occasionally into the fridge. But overall we enjoyed our stay here and hope to come again!!

It was a nice unit and fit our families needs. Beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed!

Wasn’t a very good place for kids; the upstairs loft has two beds, there’s another bed under the stairs, that’s all of the open areas so adults don’t really have a place to go once the kids all fall asleep. The patio also doesn’t have a light which meant you couldn’t sit out there and play cards or anything. The fan remotes kept turning on or off the other lights. And then very strict on “no sand” and low quantities of supplies like toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags. The TV’s were nice. But overall, wouldn’t stay at again unless a small party of adults.

We had a family trip here and absolutely loved it. The house is just what they said it was and near by food was great. We will definitely come back to this play when we come back. It’s was perfect for us.

The property itself is aesthetically pleasing. The beds were comfortable and pillows were nice. Cookware was good. There were two things that happened during our stay that were not great. The first was on our way to the property after stopping at Costco (traveling with 5 kids for 8 nights) I received a text from maintenance that the refrigerator was a few degrees warmer than they’d like and would bring a replacement. The problem was that the replacement wasn’t coming for 6 days. We went inside and the fridge was actually warm. I texted and explained my dilemma since I had just spent over $400 at Costco and now had no way to keep the groceries cold. They said there was nothing they could do. It wasn’t until I said I should be reimbursed that a temporary fridge was promised that night. A temporary fridge was brought and placed in the dining area. The new fridge arrived 6 days later and the replacement was removed. We were thankful. The other thing was a couple days into our stay our gate code denied our access. Again, I called and texted. The lady that answered my call was confused about the gate even needing a code and thought we gained access through an intercom. I explained at least three times. She said she’d call me back. We waited at least 20 minutes in the car. Security ended up letting us in. Maintenance texted shortly after with a new code that worked. While these things were not horrible, they were disruptive but overall a nice stay.
