Kapalua Golf Villa 27 V 3 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom villa that offers unobstructed ocean and golf course views, an in-unit washer/dryer, and central A/C. Please note that this property does not have elevators. Unit 27V 3 can accommodate up to 4 guests. As you step into the master bedroom you will be welcomed by the king-size bed, access to your own private lanai, and an en suite bathroom. The spacious bathroom connects to the living area through the powder room. The entire condo has tile flooring to provide a cool surface after a long day in the sun. Make your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy them on one of the two dining tables inside or outside.

This unit was recently remodeled to add bamboo cabinets, granite countertops, travertine showers, stainless steel appliances, and contemporary blinds. Located at the end of the cul-de-sac and is close to 1 of the 4 pools and barbeque areas available to guests.

The Kapalua Golf Villas offers guests 4 family-friendly pools and does not have resort or parking fees. The units will have stairs to climb either up or down to the front door and the complex does not have elevators.     Great looking property with modern amenities and a fully equipped kitchen. The only thing missing was a personal grill, but the pools had public grills. Nice ocean view over the golf course lands. Each condo had its own assigned parking. Napili Market is close by, for grocery shopping, and there are a few good beaches within a few minutes of driving.

    Very difficult to not have a good time in Maui. This unit was nice once the awful smell was mostly aired out (though it did continue, one gets used to it). I surmised nobody must have been in the unit for a while. Once we swept up old dead bugs and dirt everything was fine. Nice view and comfortable bed. Furniture was OK, but not real comfortable for sitting, but we weren't in the unit enough for that to matter. Other than having to pay for cleaning it is well worth the stay.

    This unit needs some freshening up. The fan in the living room only ran on high speed. Rug in master bathroom is dirty & worn out should be removed. The coffee pot had to be replaced. Lamps in master bedroom worked intermittently. We changed a light bulb but still was intermittent. Cabinets need wipe down and around hardware. Over the view & location

    we found that home away from home is a paradise, it is exactly how Israel Kamakawiwo'ole (Bruddah Iz) has described the magnificent spirit of Hawaii we enjoyed each and every seconds of our stay, Mahalo for having us here in this beautiful condominium, our stay here was as perfect as the beauty of the Maui.

    We've stayed at this golf villa several times. It remains our favorite and well maintained. Not having access to Lahaina is sad but Whalers Village and local restaurants and businesses are reopening. The slack key show at the Napili Kai is starting back up. The natural beauty of Kapalua remains! Lets come with the utmost respect and support the locals. Aloha !

    Perfect location in Kapalua Golf Villas with unobstructed views! We enjoyed our week long stay. Unit was clean and well appointed. Beach towels & chairs, cooler, etc. also provided. This was very much appreciated. Enjoy a nice walk to 3 beaches, golf course or the Honolua store for your needs. We would definitely stay again!

    Fantastic accommodations! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was incredibly well maintained, clean and tidy. Great communication from management and very user friendly. We didn't want for anything.

    We had a great trip to Maui. Overall, the place was really nice. The location was great, the views were awesome, and we had lots of birds come visit us on the balcony! The furniture was different then in the picture as there is not a sectional sofa. That said, the leather sofa was fine and comfortable. MyperfectStay was responsible and got back to us when we had some comments and needs and we appreciated how they handled everything...super professional and they checked in on us via email to ensure we were good. The place could use a few appliance upgrades like the vacuum is from 1950 and the pantry does not have some of the other normal appliances like rice cooker etc but again, we would definitely stay in this unit again as it was cosy, safe, and was amazing to see whales from our balcony terrace. not sure it gets much better!! Thanks again!
