Unit is completely re-modeled with tile floors, state-of-the-art kitchen, open floor plan, new furniture, TVs in every room, two sleeper sofas, electric fireplace, and a large set of patio furniture (adirondack chairs, rocking chairs, lounge chairs, and tables).

This one-of-a-kind unit has a 3-sided balcony -- north, south & longest oceanfront balcony in Ocean City. Master bedroom is the corner room with two sets of sliding glass doors providing access to the oceanfront & north-facing balconies. Unit has washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, central air, and high-speed WiFi.

In addition, the Sea Watch building has EVERYTHING: two pools (indoor & outdoor), fitness center, tennis courts, basketball court, playground, arcade/game-room, billiards room, snack shop, and private cinema in the building
The building also has a large parking garage onsite. During May thru October there is a one-time $75 fee per vehicle to utilize the garage for your stay.

Condo is also in a great location for the off-season activities:
