Do you want to love where you stay ...no I mean really love it If you're like me, you've been counting the days until you get back to the beach...your paradise...your happy place. Wait no longer! It's time to pull the trigger and give you and your Family something to look forward to... Phoenix East II! Imagine yourself rolling out of bed and enjoying a hot cuppa java on the balcony while you watch the day's first fishing boats navigate the Pass and head out to open water. All against the breathtaking backdrop of the sun rising over the Eastern Gulf. Careful though, because if you don't turn your gaze south towards Mexico or further west, you might miss a dolphin cruising by in search of the day's first catch.

Relaxed yet That's the idea. Now here's the 411. Our very luxurious three bedroom, two bath, 4th floor east corner unit has THE BEST of everything. It's beautifully appointed, impeccably decorated, and we're totally motivated to help you have the very best vacation experience possible. Phoenix East II has all the amenities that you'd expect from a Phoenix, but in a much more chill setting. These features include (but are not limited to): zero-entry outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, indoor hot tub, splash pad, lighted tennis court, workout room, and even an outdoor grilling area. Additionally, we share some of the amenities with the Phoenix East next door, so there's plenty of bandwidth for any activity you desire. Bring your positive vibes and a good, fully stocked cooler, but leave your worries at home.

Oh, sorry...did I not mention the unit The Reader's Digest version is that it's got everything you'd ever want or need for your stay. The interior of our beach retreat features ceramic wood tile floors throughout. The kitchen is adorned with quartz counter tops, floor to ceiling windows, stainless steel appliances (including dish washer), and is fully equipped with all the cooking needs of home (of course you'll have to bring your own food items). All bedrooms and living areas are completed with flat screen televisions. Wireless internet, cable TV, and a full size washer and dryer round out this all star line up. The master bedroom features a king size bed, double vanity, newly tiled luxury shower, and its' own private balcony. The second, very tastefully decorated bedroom boasts two queen beds. The third bedroom has a single queen. Of course, all bedrooms have generous closet space. Need more sleeping space We've got you covered with a new sectional sofa featuring a queen sleeper along with an upgraded, gel foam mattress. Long story short, you'll have all the space and comfort you'll need to relax, spread out, and stay a while.

By now, you're ready to go and are wondering; what should I bring So here goes. Although we are providing a beautiful unit, ideal location, and resort style feel, we are not an all inclusive. We'll get you started with a clean unit, fresh linens, and a small supply of soaps and papers. However, you'll definitely need to visit the local stores to account for the rest of your stay . All shower and hand towels are provided. However, beach towels are not. Our unit has an ice maker, but if you have a large cooler you'll need to make other plans to fill it. Our complex has bagged ice available for purchase on the beach level. Lastly, our building association (not us) requires that each guest purchase a parking pass at a cost of $65.00 per vehicle. This pass will be good for the entire duration of your stay regardless of length.

SMOKING AND PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN OUR UNIT.

We love families, snowbirds, and friends. However, Spring Break college kids not so much.

    Loved the location and corner condo. great view of ocean as well as inlet to watching boats come in and out. Had great full moon views and also, nice having private balcony on street side of building for better sunset views. would highly recommend!

    The property in general was super clean. Someone was always going around cleaning something or picking up. Everyone we ran into on our stay was polite. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook at home. The condo itself is in really nice shape and worked great for us and our 2 kids. Tvs in every room along with living room. The unit was pretty quiet and rarely heard anyone else. Beach access is spot on and had multiple wash off stations. Communication was spot on, never felt like we were on our own.The fireworks the last night we're awesome!! The outdoor pool was well taken care of daily and not overly treated with chemicals. Elevator was never an issue.

    Everything about this unit was excellent. Doug was very responsive to any questions or text that was sent. The beds were very comfortable. The pools are great. I gave the location a 3 star only because it can be a little difficult getting out of the parking lot due to traffic. We will definitely get this unit again.

    We had a really great time. My only issue was that the railing on the side of the balcony does not connect to the building and my two year old granddaughter can fit through that opening. Otherwise we really enjoyed the property!

    Booked this condo with our family for a birthday celebration and it was absolutely perfect. Location is wonderful, so much room, condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Coffee on the balcony in the morning is just the perfect way to start your day! Excellent communication from host, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed!     Beautiful 3 bedrooom updated rustic coastal condo in a beautiful resort. Love the short walk to the beach as as well as beautiful indoor and outdoor pools. There is a splash pad that is wonderful for small children and a zero entry pool. Cannot wait to book this rental again!
