Exceptional & GORGEOUS Condo Ocean front view that will take your breath away !

LOVE this wonderful condo on the beach at Litchfield by the Sea! So well equipped and comfortable; lovely hosts.This is my go-to place at the beach!

This was my second stay in this condo, and everything was perfect! Great host, excellent location, nicely equipped. I will be back!

Balcony views were superb, unit was very clean and exceptionally well stocked. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

It rained most of the time we were there but being ocean front and hearing the waves made our time special and relaxing. Very clean and thankful for extras like Kleenex, paper towels, easy tv access, etc.

The condo and the property were wonderful! We try to stay at Litchfield by the Sea every October when we come down to play golf. The hot tub closest to our unit wasn’t working well, but there was another one on the property that worked amazing! Perfect for helping to loosen those sore muscles from golfing. The balcony had amazing views of the sunrise each morning. The bedroom had its own balcony, which is why I selected the property. There’s nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the ocean.

Marci and Melinda were wonderful hosts from start to finish. Booking and check-in/out were so easy and pleasant. The condo is very nice, very clean and has all the amenities you'll need! The porch is amazing and the view is spectacular! We ate all of our meals out there! It's a quick and easy walk to the beach and pool. Our stay was 10/10 and we can't wait to go back to Pelican Niche!

This condominium had everything we were looking for! Although it is a bit dated itwas very clean, the 2 bedrooms were good sized with their own bathrooms. There was even a bonus full sized bathroom. The living area was nice, kitchen was small but pretty much had everything we needed. The outdoor space was very nice, very large with a great view of the ocean and a great place to watch the sunrise and enjoy the sea breeze in the shade.

Great views and wonderful place for a family

Condo is comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was especially well-stocked, and we appreciated the nice quality kitchen utensils and range of cookware that made meal prep easy. The balcony is the star of the condo - it's large and deep, with multiple seating areas and a fantastic view! We ate almost every meal out there. Great location with easy access to the beach and multiple pools! Convenient covered parking spot under the building, with access to a beach gear storage closet and an elevator made unloading and loading easy. Great place to stay in Litchfield by the Sea!

Everything about this condo will feel just right. Comfortable furnishings, tasteful decor, classy hosts, and the best location. The balcony is so large, you may decide to just move out there and soak up the gorgeous ocean view. You are close to restaurants, and grocery stores. The kitchen has what you need for any meal prep. Come play, come rest, come enjoy your best time.

Location and accommodations were perfect. Hearing the surf 24 hours a day is very relaxing.

November getaway. Condo beautifully furnished and clean. Very comfortable bed and ocean view spectacular. Loved our visit in this very cozy condo. We did wish we had a single cup coffee maker.

The view and location was spectacular. There are still some upgrades that need to be done. When we got there the refrigerator had an overwhelmingly shrimp smell. Of course it faded by the time we left. There was also a pest problem the night before we left. Overall our visit was very pleasant

We have stayed in Litchfield by the Sea a number of times over the years and would definitely choose this unit again. Clean, well appointed and close to the steps and elevator that takes you directly to the beach. Thank you for the use of your condo for our short stay while moving our daughter back to USC.
