Exceptional Beachfront condo on Crescent Beach

I was really happy with everything. It was clean and everything seemed new. The living space was perfect for us and our adult daughters. I picked this location for a few reasons. I wanted a big couch where we could all lounge around together comfortably. Turned out to be a perfect fit! Second was the balcony. Other reviews had mentioned the live music at night and we weren’t disappointed. It was fun at night to sit on the balcony and listen. It was nice too that you barely heard it from inside the condo, so sleeping wasn’t an issue. The Balcony had the perfect amount of furniture which we all found super comfortable. It was just a nice space during any time of the day.One nice surprise was the amount of restaurants and shops around. We were able to walk everywhere and even found a few places that turned out to be new favorites. There’s a little market, coffee shop, ice cream shops and stores. All right across the street within walking distance. The pool is smaller but being it was off season we were typically the only ones there. It was very clean and perfect for us. The beach was in perfect distance to our condo and absolutely beautiful. The host has beach/pool noodles, floaties and such to use as well. We had such a lovely time and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo overlooking the street. Balcony was nice and spacious. 2 bars across the street plenty of people to watch and could hear the bands.

Overall great stay. Property was clean and very well decorated. The convenience of the location cannot be understated. There were very comfortable beds and couches. A ton of beach/fishing supplies were available for use. The west pool (next to the beach) was perfect. The east pool was unfortunately being serviced all week but that wasn’t a big deal. The back patio of the unit had a grill, table, couch, and plenty of space. The building also has a convenient gym for use. The only improvement that we would recommend is that the bedrooms don’t really have blinds (more like transparent window shades) so the bedrooms get very bright around 7 am. We would definitely stay here again.

This is an outstanding condo, very spacious, with a great location on Siesta Key. It had plenty of permanent amenities like towels, pillows, dishes, etc. It lacked supplies such as trash bags, dryer sheets, and toilet paper. Per note from the host prior to arrival, you are expected to restock anything you use the last of. For this level of rental, that is unexpected. Cleanliness wasn't up to standards when we arrived, but the host was responsive and did offer to send the cleaning crew back. Overall, we had a great week and enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay as always! Beautiful and inviting, many beach related items for use and just an overall excellent stay! Great communication prior to and after arrival, we plan to stay once again if available!

We loved staying here. The deck was amazing to sit out and people watch and just relax. The beach was beautiful and flat so we didn’t have to carry things up hills. The pool was awesome and my son loved swimming in it. Loved the canopies at the pool and beach too. I had a broken leg so the openness of the house was convenient. There were two pools at the property so when the main pool was busy we went to the other pool. Frances was great deal with. Very kind and communicative. Would highly recommend staying here.

Location was great. Beach was amazing and enjoyed the evenings on the balcony.

Owner was so responsive and transparent as our stay approached post hurricanes. This is our third time staying here and we can’t wait to return. Location is amazing and so walkable. Trolley to the village outside your door. Beautifully decorated and extremely clean condo. Cannot wait to return!

We went to the beach every morning and every evening the sunsets were beautiful the sunrise we watched from on our front balcony. It was beautiful. The weather was amazing.

This is our 3rd time staying at Crecent. We love the location. Grocery store, shops, restaurants and bars all within walking distance.

We had such a wonderful experience at this condo. The location is ideal with restaurants and bars directly across the street and beach access so close as well. Every night we enjoyed listening to the live music across the street. The condo itself was beautiful and very clean. Everything we needed was provided and more! Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying here again.

My husband and I had a great time at this condo. The location is perfect. We listened to bands across the street while sipping wine on the huge balcony. The accommodations were well-stocked with everything we needed, and is beautifully decorated. We highly recommend.
