This Sawmill Creek two bedroom condo has comfortable furnishings and accommodates up to eight people. This condo is equipped with brand new, top-of-the-line Queen mattresses and bedding, a gas fireplace, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, ski storage, and a stunning mountain view of the ski resort from the deck.

Also - recent upgrades include new paint, new ceiling fans, new bathroom fixtures, new furniture including American Leather sleeper sofa with Tempur-Pedic mattress, newdishes and cutlery, and new patio furniture! The Sawmill Creek complex also offers a covered parking space, two indoor hot tubs, shared grills on the patio as well as a fantastic location. Just 20 yards from the bottom of the Four O’clock run and a block to historic Main Street, this condo is situated perfectly. Take the shuttle in front of the building to the nearest chair lift or other adventure in town.

For your convenience, all of our Sawmill Creek condos include access to our on-site operations office for maintenance questions/needs, supplies such as towels, or any other needs during your stay.

    Gas fireplace was great. Very quick response to lights out over island. Amazing location ski baxk on 4 oclock. 1 blk from maun street fun. Bus stop right in front of bldg. Parking easy

    We had a great time at this property. We are a family of four with two teens and the size was perfect. I have one son and one daughter so the 2 beds in bedroom 2 was great. The condo was extremely clean, well-kept and provided most amenities needed. The best part was the location. It was an easy walk to the ski gondola and you can literally ski down 4 O'Clock run practically to the front door at the end of your day. Also, it was an easy walk to Main Street and all the restaurants, shops, etc. And there is a sledding hill a couple of blocks away (sleds can be found in the condo's ski locker). Breckenridge is heaven on earth and we did not eat a bad meal all week. Definitely recommend the Horseshoe and Twist. Canteen Taphouse was also nice. Thanks for the wonderful trip!

    You have to walk 10 minutes to the gondola. A lot of noise a party from other apartments. Elevator and parking very dirty. The knob of the door dosn’t not work properly. The day of check out event it was at 10am, I have some body trying to enter at the appartment at 7:50 am. It was scary while we was sleeping and hear somebody trying to enter to the appartment.

    The condo was clean and well stocked, but a little bit dated. It is the last building at the end of the 4 O’clock run and was very easy to ski to at the end of the day. The free shuttle stops are right outside the building and run frequently so it was easy to get to a lift or the gondola. The indoor hot tubs were great after a long day of skiing. Parking was tight in the parking garage. We rented a large truck so we parked outside. It was a short walk to Main Street. Can’t beat this location!

    Quick ski trip with friends - great location, clean, very comfortable beds. Convenient, covered parking. Easy walk to downtown and the gondola. Ski right up to property at the end of the day. Overall great experience.

    Spacious and comfortable. Ideal location for Downtown. A bit outdated and master Shower a bit wonky. Lots of traffic noise on balcony Or with balcony doors open. Wonderful visit.
