Excalibur Condo w/ Ocean & Bay Views, Balcony, WiFi, Laundry & Shared Pool

This is a nice unit with both ocean and bay views. It was clean upon arrival. A totally digital experience with entry, pool and Wi-Fi codes sent by email and text. Parking passes were in unit. We will definitely consider renting again.

Second time at the this vacation home, love the bay view, ocean view, amenities in the home. Feels like being at home everytime i go here. Close to everything steps to beach, albertinos a short drive to boardwalk. Quiet, tranquil and peaceful.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this condo- spacious, well stocked, clean. The location was perfect for easy beach access and we enjoyed the pool very much! The views from both balconies were fantastic! We would definitely return here for another week!

We've rented from Excalibur for 13 years in a row. Mostly the same units sometimes different. This one was perfect for us and had everything we look for in a rental. Will definitely rent again.

Close to the beach and a lot of amenities in the home.

the view from both balconies is amazing, from one you see the ocean and sunrise and from the other you see the bay, the city lights and the sunset.

A very nice property for larger families or groups. Three nicely decorated beach themed bedrooms included all bed linens. Pull-out sleep sofa in living area is a plus. Fully stocked kitchen with working appliances was great for dining in, could use a few larger pots. Nice clean bathrooms included towels and had plenty of water pressure for showering. A great feature of this unit is that there is a balcony with a view of the ocean on one end, and a balcony with a view of the bay at the other end. It's a very short walk to the beach. The pool had plenty of chairs and an outdoor shower. Really like that there were two assigned parking spaces for the unit, no driving around hoping to find an open space. Check-in and check-out located across the street went quickly and smoothly. Overall, this was a great unit in a convenient location for our week at the beach!

The unit was NOT clean when we arrived. There was a body wash bottle in the shower and hair all over the place. The bath mat was very dirty as well as the kitchen sink. Poor lighting throughout the unit. Also, there is a mess of extension cords in the primary bedroom, does not appear safe. Will never rent this unit again.

Perfect location. Close to the beach. Clean. But there is not enough hot water to take a shower, only for like 2 people. Than you have to wait until it's hot again :(. Also electric kettle would be nice to have. Overall it was a great experience, We'll be back
