What a great experience. The apartment was clean, in a great location with beautiful views and the host was so helpful and friendly. We used his driver recommendation for three day trips to Otovalo, Mindo and Mitad del Mundo.

Sergio made this stay one of the best we've ever had! The property was equipped with everything you need from the kitchen, to the laundry, to sleeping arrangements, and even help with transportation. Sergio helped us arrange airport transports, even for a 3 am departure. Everyone was so helpful and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location is safe and in walking distance to grocery, pharmacy, food and shopping. I highly recommend this property.

We had a wonderful time with friends and family at this very large and nice apartment in a fabulous location with fabulous views of the city, The apartment has almost everything you need. My only minor comment is that the furniture is somewhat dated but certainly appropriate for a rental. If one is looking for an ultra modern apartment, this is not the one. However if you are looking for a large apartment, with nice amenities, great view and great location at a good price, this is the apartment for you,

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Quito! The place was spacious, cozy, and perfect for our group — it easily accommodated the 2 of us with its 4 comfortable bedrooms and 4 clean, well-maintained bathrooms. Everything was spotless, and there were more than enough towels for everyone.The location is super convenient.We also felt very safe throughout our stay, as the property has private security and a secure, enclosed parking lot. That peace of mind made a big difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Quito!

My family and I had an excellent experience at this apartment. The location is very convenient - a close cab ride to old town and walking distance to restaurants and Carolina Park. Communication was easy and the owner and manager were extremely flexible and helpful regarding check-in and check-out (our flight left early on our last day and they were very helpful getting us transportation at 5:00 in the morning!). The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. We were all extremely happy with our experience and would absolutely recommend staying here.

7 day stay in Quito in a centrally located area in a perfect place. Very secure, very clean & reasonably priced penthouse with wonderful views. Many restaurants and stores within walking distance although cabs are abundant here. Everything you need is in this home which made it a great place to stay. Lot's of space and very cozy. Would definitely stay here again and would reccomend it to all looking for a great place to stay.

The penthouse was great. It was in a good neighborhood. It was well appointed; it literally had everything someone would need. It had great views of the city and surrounding mountains, including from an awesome wraparound balcony. The penthouse was also very spacious. Sergio was very responsive to any questions we had while we were there. Quito is a fascinating city located up in the Andes.

The apartment was clean and orderly. We did not need for anything. Plenty of towels and linen.

Was the perfect place to stay for 3 couples. The location was central. Many restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores! Communications with the host prior to check in was very good. Santiago was accessible and responsive. He immediately addressed a clogged shower drain. I highly recommend this accommodation for your visit to Quito.

Stayed while did tons of site seeing in the Quito Area

My family stayed in this apartment recently and had a great experience. The owner was very accessible and communicative. The apartment is spacious and clean. The location is good - we felt safe in this area and it was easily walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful place to stay, inside and out! Everything was very comfortable and practical, everything you could possibly need. The kids were able to play safely on the balcony and the views were amazing. Location is very good for restaurants and a quick taxi anywhere you want. Walkable to metro too.

We are a family of 8 traveling through Ecuador. Our 1st night was in Quito and this apartment was a great start. It’s easy to get to from the airport (the host will help coordinate transportation if needed), we felt very safe, the neighborhood is quiet, there are breakfast & coffee options nearby (they left us a bag of coffee and sugar/cream which was wonderful). The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Showers are hot. The temperature was perfect inside. I didn’t need to cook this time, but there were supplies if I did. We had a lovely stay, which I was nervous about with our 9:45pm arrival time. Thank you very very much!

This was our third stay in Quito during our holiday, and it was fabulous to have space, a central location, and all the comforts of home, including a full kitchen, and laundry facilities. Sergio was very responsive to our questions and organised various airport transfers for our group. Santiago was great on checking in and out and kept us informed of any issues we needed to be aware of. The security guards at the entrance were friendly and ensured we were safe.

I highly recommend this property if you are staying in Quito. It's clean, spacious, nicely furnished, and in a nice location. It's a bit outside the main city areas, but a $3 Uber ride will get you anywhere in the city in about 10-15 minutes. The trade-off is that the property is in a quieter, cleaner, and safer area. The trade-off is well worth it, IMO. I would definitely stay here again.

The communication was great! Picked us up at airport and got us directly into the fabulous penthouse, centrally located. It was awesome!
