    The overall stay was great. The only complaint is that entering the property, the outside of the building and check in area were very unappealing and dirty looking.

    It was our first trip to Maui. Location-wise, this property in Kihei was perfect. Just across from the beach, which is good for an early morning walk or run and even for the sunset pics later in the day.A second bathroom would’ve been perfect, but we managed to work with one.The chickens in the early hours of the morning can prove to be a challenge for light sleepers. But I guess that’s a trade-off vs staying in an expensive resort.The home is well equipped with everything you need. Kitchen is equipped if you like to cook your own meals. It was pleasant to sit out while sipping your morning tea or evening drink.Location is not busy either. So, while you’re not far from anything, there aren’t any noisy activities around at night.Overall, we found it well located.

    We realy enjoyed our stay in this quiet area of Kihei. The beach across the street, the pool at the end of the day, the BBQ for dinner and all the commodities that came with the condo. Thanks a lot!

    Overall the location is very good and facilities on the complex were good too. We wish there were more towels and utensils (we're a group of 6). Being right across the beach is a big plus and proximity to Kahului was great. Overall pretty happy with the stay, would rent again!

    The stay was comfortable and the property and location is ideal and accessible to most sites of interest. The only issue of concern were the window blinds leading to the back patio or balcony, it needed some maintenance to enhanced functionality.

    I rented the unit with my sister. It was perfect for us! - we are in our 60s. It was also very clean! We saw a few baby roaches in the bathroom, but it wasn't shocking since that is common in Hawaii. It has nothing to do with the unit itself and it not being clean! I just thought I should mention it. The beach is directly across from the complex. The grounds are beautifully maintained. It is relatively quiet other than the roosters that parked outside of our bedroom windows and woke us up at the crack of dawn...literally. If you have never been to Maui, the streets are full of chickens and roosters. That's just fyi, they are no bother other than constantly talking. :) Back to the unit...I would highly recommend renting. Other than the furniture needing updating, especially the mattresses, and no air conditioning in the bedrooms, all was perfect and we would rent again! It is very near all that you need with the drive to Lahaina, Kaanapali, etc being about 40 mins. So, you don't need to spend the money for the high priced all inclusive resorts, just drive. Also, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KIHEI CAFFE!!! :)

    We loved staying here. Walking to the beach, swimming in the pool, grilling dinner, snorkel and boogie boarding equipment, and easy access to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this rental.
