WiFi is always available (with the unit's password available upon your arrival). There is a XBOX 360 Kinect for playing games and watching DVDS. (You need to bring or rent your own games.

There are 2 handicap parking spots directly inf front front of the condo 5 steps to door.
There are 7 steps up the wood walkover to the beach and 8 down onto the sand.
The center bedroom has a shower, the door width is 23wide and the width to the shower is 28, there is 5 wide and 5 tall ledge to keep the water in the shower. The shower is 31wide and 57 long. The shower has a rainhead and body jets and hand held sprayer. The shower does NOT have handholds on the walls and there are non in the condo.
There is NO access to the beach directly from the balcony, the dune is protected and beautiful. Access to the beach is via a crossover at the end of each side of the building only a few feet away from the front door.
