Stayed Apr 1, 2023The property was clean and comfortable. It was wonderful that the property was beachfront and had chairs and an umbrella included. We did not like that upon arrival we did not have access to change the thermostat and it was hot inside the condo. We called property management the next day (because we arrived at 6pm- after hours) and they sent someone out who established that the unit was set to heat. The thermostat was replaced and switched to air conditioning. The remainder of our stay was comfortable

Stayed Jun 27, 2025My husband and I stayed the weekend here. It was a lovely condo, very clean. Maybe a pro for some, maybe a con for some, but the bed is super soft. I mean like really squishy. If you need a firm bed, it may be too soft for you.

We always rent from Brooks & Shorey Resorts. Great reputation, fabulous to work with to book a condo unit. Very friendly, courteous and helpful with answering any questions. Will recommend and have to everyone I talk with. Great selection of properties to choose from. We have stayed at 3 different ones and they have all been exceptional. All the information given ahead of time & in the condo when we arrived made us feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The condo is spacious with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The bathroom definitely needs an update & the fold out couch mattress was very uncomfortable.The unit had lots of useful kitchen items & we greatly appreciated the amount of towels! The king size bed was comfy & suited us well. We came wanting a relaxing, low-key vacation & the location provided us that. The beach wasn't very crowded & most things we needed were within minutes.
