Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property we stayed in was very nice and very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen.The view from the porch was beautiful. The sliding doors that lead to the porch is very noisy, the people upstairs slammed the door often, we could even hear it in the bedroom. I would suggest telling people to this of others when closing the sliding door.

We enjoyed the dolphin cruise and the big kahuna waterpark this year. Had a lot of fun. We have been booking with Brooks and Shorey for about 20 years! Great people to work with!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was okay but the sofa was not comfortable, the bed was not comfortable, it was noisy, the view on the balcony would have been nice if we would have had a recliner chair to relax on. The chairs was very uncomfortable very hard to sit in at a long period of time.

It had everything we needed and was clean enough for our 1 year old to move about comfortably. Loved the location and the beach chairs and umbrella was a great touch.

Reviewer Comments: Of course the beach is the main attraction and this condo definitely emphasized that tropical feeling. Best of all, it was clean and updated. The kitchen was exceptional with new appliances. The complex was quiet and convenient. Our favorite eats were found at The Donut Hole, Dewey Destin and AJ’s all in Destin. Close by, we liked The Crab Trap by the pier.
