The condo is very well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable but the bathrooms are a little small with no counter space. The location is great with easy access to the beach and the balcony was perfectly situated to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets.

Great location, beach was beautiful! So nice to have the umbrella and 2 chairs included! My husband had injured his ribs before the trip or else we would have used the golf pass! we did do a dolphin cruise, lots of fun,lots of dolphins!

The beds were so comfortable and slept in which is a first for me. The kitchen had all the amenities you would want. You cannot go wrong renting this unit; it is a gem.

Reviewer Comments: Our condo well designed and decorated.We love it location on the beach in a quiet area.I enjoyed the free beach chairs and umbrella. I also enjoyed the free golf every day. My favorite course was Regetta Bay in Destin. There are many good restaurants near by. Our favorite restaurant is Bochamps in Destin. We stayed here last year and look forward to staying here next October.

Our unit was very clean and had everything we could need. It was beautifully decorated and the location was more than perfect. Check in and check out was a breeze. We have been going to Brooks Shorey for years now this is by far the best place we have stayed. Wrap around balcony was rooming and made the view that much better.
