Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great condo for our family of 5. It was clean and smelled great when we first arrived. Brooks and Shorey has always been great to work with and we received the code easily for check-in. I’ve stayed at numerous condos at Ft Walton, but this condo location has probably been my favorite! It wasn’t crowded at all since the building isn’t very big. The condo itself wasn’t anything fancy, but that’s okay, because we spent a lot of time at the beach. The kitchen had what we needed, the large bathroom double sink was perfect for our family, and the water pressure in the shower was great (this is a big deal for me). We will definitely return to Emerald Towers West in the future. My only suggestion would be to add some more plastics for the kitchen for kids. With the coffee table and dining table being glass, the glassware just made me nervous. Parents, you may want to purchase solo cups and paper plates.

This place is a jewel! The water was so clean. EASY access to the beach. Not crowded. The condo was nice enough. It was very clean and spacious. This is no upscale condo but who cares We’re all about the beach! We will definitely be back.!

Very impressed with the balcony views of the gulf, especially the sunrises and sunsets. That is the most outstanding feature of these accommodations. For a two-week stay in March this unit provided everything required to be self-sufficient, including a washer and dryer which we used often. No need to pack a lot of clothes! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free vacation in an ideal location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time in 3 years my family has stayed in this condo. We absolutely love the views. The first time was just my husband and I, but we took our kids with us this time. The view of the ocean is breathtaking. The kitchen itself is stocked well with the necessities. The unit overall was good, but could definitely use some updating. My kids complained about the beds on the bunk beds each night. They said that they were super uncomfortable. The sleeper sofa was the same. The head of the sleeper sofa would not stay up, so they had to sleep at the opposite end. Thankfully they are only 10/11 so they were just short enough that this did not cause any problems. The left side of the double sink for the bathroom was not useable. The stopper had been broken previously so the water would not drain. The bathroom could also use some updating as the tub was stained from previous tenants. Overall, we will book another condo through the company again, just not this condo.
