Stayed May 24, 2025Great little condo, having the chairs and umbrella was a huge plus! Bed was comfy and getting to the beach very easy. The only real downside was the traffic; they are working on the bridges and to get anywhere can be a headache. The only suggestions I have to add to the condo is another frying pan, so it would be easier to make breakfast and room darkening curtains in the bedroom.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous time. The unit was clean and orderly. It was wonderful to have beach, chairs and umbrellas ready on the beach. The weather was great and we look forward to returning. Also, Hannah was so kind to send me a couple of items that I forgot to pack! Such great service.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a decent stay. I knew the location was low key and safe. The building itself is very old, so the walls seem paper thin. Very noisy in general. 11:00pm I could hear guests/children screaming down the halls. The decorations and aesthetics of the unit were also outdated, not a major flaw, just something we noticed. It should be noted if you stay that the beach service is first come first serve, if you aren't down by 8:00am reserving chairs, you may not get one for the day. Beach service was hard to find and some days never even checked on us. The pool was in the parking lot and not ideal. Most things to do are in Destin which is a 15-20 minute drive. When I return, I will be looking for another condo to stay in.
