Our Condo is also our personal residence when in Florida so you will not be disappointed with the amenities. Wonderful Sand Beach with Tiki Huts await you plus a very nice pool area with lounge chairs. Estero Sands is a smaller condo building so avoid the large crowds and enjoy our beautiful beach.

Stayed May 7, 2022This property overlooked the pool and street. The size was perfect, the bed was comfortable. It was on the first floor so it was easy to get back and forth from the beach. The beach is literally steps away. We loved the location. Easy walking to the peer and downtown. The owner was very responsive. Great vacation!

Stayed Jan 15, 2022We loved the condo and the location. The condo is set up like two master suites so it's perfect for two couples. Steps to the beach and handy Tram access. Paul is great to work with. Condo is supplied with almost everything you need.

Stayed Dec 16, 2021The property is on a perfect part of the beach, away from the hustle and bustle. The building is just 16 units compared to all the high-rise buildings which is exactly what we wanted. It was relaxing and quiet! The pool is great too!
