Estero Island Beach Villa 601 | Gulf views, Balcony, Oceanfront Pool and Beach A

Only complaint was the bedding and linens were not very clean and the housekeepers waiting outside our the door made packing and loading very stressful. We always bring our own linens, but at this price point I shouldn't have to, and I certainly shouldn't have to feel like I'm getting evicted before checkout time. We were luckily just checking into the pink shell next door but it was pretty uncomfortable to have two housekeepers and their carts blocking the entrance and waiting before checkout time.

This was our second stay in this unit, the location is so great and the view is amazing! The beach wasn’t crowded and we had perfect weather. The unit is tastefully decorated and perfect size our family of five. The living room furniture isn’t the most comfortable for movie nights and the master bedroom sheets are a bit scratchy but overall we love this place and would definitely come again.

We had a great week in this condo. Location was perfect - just a short walk to restaurants and right on the beach. The unit is on the corner which made for excellent beach views. The building is smaller than some of the larger resorts which made the experience perfect for us since it wasn’t overly crowded. Overall we had a great beach vacation here.

It was very a very simple process. The only negative is the requirement that the parking pass be picked up at another of their properties about 4 miles from the 250 Estero Blvd location we were staying at. No big deal but something to be aware of. The communication was great.

We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was excellent. We were wedged between some larger resort-style places and are glad we stayed here. Every condo has a gorgeous view of the sunrise over the marina out front and the breath-taking sunset on the lanai every evening. The condo was clean, roomy, and peaceful. Coffee on the lanai every morning as we watched the dolphins breach and evening walking the beach. A short walk left on the beach brings you to the pier and Times Square for food, drink and street performers. The oceN floor was FULL of sand dollars which were so fun to see. We are already planning our stay here at the same location next summer!

Unit was dirty, had ants, only had a single roll of toilet paper and 1 bar of soap for 2 bathrooms. Shower curtain was covered in mold. I would not rent from this company!

The place was small but perfect. The bedrooms were perfect for the number of people we had. The view was beautiful. We didn't have any trouble getting our parking pass and we were provided with our welcome packet before we arrived which had the code to get into the condo. We will definitely be back!

The condo was very nice, and great for our small family of four. We loved having laundry within the condo so we could wash towels and even clothing. It was great to come home and not have a weeks worth of laundry to do! Mom win! The furniture covers were dirty in the living room, nothing major just from previous families coming in and out from the sand. The only real issue we had that kept me from leaving a 5 star rating was the plumbing. Both toilets in the bathrooms stopped up and one even overflowed when flushed as soon as we arrived. I feel like this was an issue from previous guest who may not have reported it, however my husband end up having to fix them himself because the maintenance staff never showed up when we submitted a service email ticket and called to report the issue. The only other thing we didn’t like was that the pool could not be used once the sunset. The kids were disappointed because they could see families playing in the lighted pools at the condos nearby in the late evenings/night before bed but they were unable to use ours. Lastly a few additional towels supplied would be great, you were only given one towel and wash cloth per guest so you did have to consistently wash them, as well as extra pillows were provided since there were only two on the master bed that were extremely thin but no pillow cases available for use. All in all we had a great stay at this condo, and would stay here again in the future! The ease of access and the views made the small inconveniences not so bad!
