The Space:

Cute one bedroom, one bathroom efficiency is located at the South end of the island across from Santini Plaza, shopping, and restaurants. Take an early morning, afternoon, or sunset walks on the white sandy beach right at your doorstep. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels andeven a set of towels you can take to the beach. Enjoy ocean and beach views from your own private screened in balcony. Visit many beachfront restaurants along the boulevard or shopping in Santini Plaza. Every view from this one bedroom, one bathroom efficiency is on the Gulf of Mexico.

* We would like to note that most renovations have been completed at Estero Beach and Tennis (including the pool!). There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *



This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.



This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.



Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old, during high season we rent from Sat - Sat ( from Christmas to Easter )NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice, clean, well-appointed rental. The beach chairs and umbrella and cooler were an added bonus. Great ocean front view. This was by far the best spot on the beach for finding shells. We walked both ends and this spot fit the bill all around. We came at a good time of year too, early June, no crowds anywhere we ventured. You will need a car for eating out though. Not many restaurants nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed the view from inside the condo and on the balcony (180 degree view). TriPower was very easy to work with and very communicative. We would rent through them again.

    We arrived late, the directions weren't clear and found out that there were 2 buildings. When we found our place, it was nice and had a great view. There was only one source of ventilation and didn't circulate around the separate areas very well. The weather was miserable and we were forced to evacuate on the 2nd day due to Hurricane Milton. There still appeared as though more work was needed from previous storms but didn't interfere with our stay. The staff kept us updated and communicated with us during our brief stay. Hope the best for them in recovering from Milton

    On arrival, there was fencing around the front part of the building which made me think the building was closed for re-construction as was so many places on the island. There was no signage showing the entrance was at the ocean side of the building. I called tri-power office who did a three-way call with the building manager. When asked if she could help me find the entrance, she was belligerent, vulgar and hateful. There was no mention of the building being under re-construction when I made the reservation. Had to sign waivers to release the contractors and tri-power from liability before getting a parking permit. Couldn't use the pool without driving to the tri-power office so we forfeited pool use. At best I would say a very disappointing stay.

The towel rack was falling off in the bathroom & we expected it would be fixed, so we could hang our bath towels to dry, but they didn't show up. We really missed having restaurants & bars nearby (within walking distance). I know it will all come back with time.

Reviewer Comments: Considering the recent devastation from hurricane Ian, the property at estero beach & tennis club was amazing, they are doing an outstanding job in their recovery efforts and are currently one of the few larger resorts opened on the island. Our stay was so enjoyable because of TriPower commitment to customer service, great communication and personal service for Karina at TriPower we have already booked another stay for thanksgiving week.

    Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this unit and it's location but were disappointed in management's handling of events that diminished the experience of this year's stay. The management company hired a plumber to replace the water heater between guests and that plumber messed up with the water connections. We arrived to find water on the floors. The management company's and the complex maintenance people's response was good, but it took six days to dry out the dry wall. Thus we were in an inferior unit about a mile away and could not enjoy this unit for six days. Once we were moved back in we enjoyed the rest of the stay but were not offered restitution for our inconvenience. The plumber should have had Errors & Omissions insurance to compensate the owner and we should have received at least part of that compensation. That has not yet happened.
