Estero Beach & Tennis Club 1104A. Tropical Themed Condo, Stunning Gulf Views.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay in this magical place!!! We have already booked our stay for next year! The condo is beautifully decorated and super clean. The common areas in the building are also well maintained. The furniture and king-sized bed are very comfortable. There is plenty of storage space for clothes and personal items. The bathroom is spacious and has a wonderful walk-in shower. The condo is equipped with everything we needed for a day on the beach, sitting on the deck, or cooking a meal. The best part of all is the fabulous view of the Gulf directly out the sliders!!! We spent so many hours drinking our morning coffee or toasting the sunset from our private deck. We even watched dolphins swimming and jumping in the Gulf! It is truly a special place!! Niall was an amazing host!! It’s obvious that he takes pride in providing a wonderful experience for his guests! He made sure we had everything we needed and gave us recommendations for some really fun restaurants and places to go. The condo and surroundings exceeded our expectations and we are excitedly looking forward to our stay next year!!!

Went to Ft Myers for a short Vacation . Really didnt plan to do much except be in a nice warm area with a nice condo , close to beach , with an ocean view , and relax- whether at pool or on beach. All our expectations were fulfilled. The condo was nicely decorated, had all the amenities that we desired , and were real happy with it . Unfortunately , Ft Myers is still rebuilding but that didnt bother us as we really didnt venture out of the area too much .

Very nice studio type room. The balcony view was amazing. The complex is in the process of recovering from the hurricane and is coming along nicely. The host was great to work with.

We stayed for a week in February.We love sitting on the balcony that has a wonderful view of the gulf and pool. Condo was comfortable and clean. There was still construction going on but everyone was friendly and the construction noise was minimal. They have done a great job recovering from Ian. We have already booked our next trip.

The condo was beautifully decorated.

We played Pickleball every morning and went to the beach all afternoon and watched the sunset at night. Fabulous! There was alot of construction going on from the hurricane and the pool was not quite ready but we still had a great time. Very comfortable.

The owner did say that his condo was ready and refinished since the hurricane. And it was. Very nice place. But the condo site / building we felt wasn’t even close to being ready. The beach to us, wasn’t ready and the pool had just gotten filled but dirty. There was still construction fencing around the pool. I do understand that a hurricane has devastated the hurricane . But I don’t believe that the property is ready for people to rent out. There is a lot of on site construction going on with large temp power cables throughout the property. There is absolutely nothing to do on the Island. Again , the owners place was nice but surrounding area had a way to go. Also the owner did refund 1/2 our money back for the 2 weeks we were going to stay. We only stayed 1 night and left. We have communicated back and forth with the owner and we have a difference of opinion, on the property’s condition to rent.

The view from the balcony, the white sugar sand and the tasteful furnishing of the 11th floor condo made this vacation one we will fondly remember. The host was most responsive to any questions we had regarding the condo and made us feel that we were welcome to share his home. The Estero Blvd location is easily accessible to a variety of restaurants, grocery stores and because it is across the street from Santorini Plaza, the ice cream concoctions served at Truly Scrumptious. This was an A+ getaway.

We had a very enjoyable vacation at this beautiful beach condo. It was well furnished, comfortable and included everything we needed for the beach. Sitting on the balcony to relax and take in the view was awesome. We like this end of Fort Myers because it is much less congested than the north end, still has good restaurants, and lots of birds to watch in the pond nearby.
