Stayed Jan 25, 2025Great unit situated to enjoy both sunsets and sunrises. Well equipped comfortable. Not too crowded like tge other end of Ft Meyers beach.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: EB&T 1003C was a simple, well maintained, efficiency condo on the quiet end of Ft. Myers Beach. Still much renovation on the property and in the area.

Stayed Jan 15, 2022We enjoyed a wonderful two weeks in unit 1003C. The Condo was immaculate and very comfortable. We loved our sunrise and sunset views. For those who enjoy beach walking the condo is a great location. There is a very friendly vibe from owners and visitors at the complex. The heated pool is well maintained. The one issue we had with the condo was resolved by the management company within 3 hours. Overall, our experience with property was excellent and we will return.

Stayed Jul 17, 2021Enjoyed the week here, condo was equipped with everything you needed… plus. Great water pressure in shower. Down fall if any were living room curtains should be blinds for more privacy. Definitely would recommend staying here

Stayed Apr 28, 2021There were many restaurants close by. I did not rent a car so that was very convenient. The trolley service was great one way, not so good coming south on that particular day. Two and a half hour wait. The south end is not part of the crazy party beach area. It's relaxed and very nice.

Stayed Jan 16, 2021Just spent 2 weeks at this unit. It was exactly as described. We’ve stayed at EBT the last 3 Januarys and this unit was by far the nicest. The little “extra” upgrades were very nice. The view was one of our favorites because. Oils are the sunset every evening and also look out over the center of the island. Would highly recommend this unit!

Stayed Dec 25, 2020We had such a wonderful time enjoying the white sand beach and the shops nearby. We were very pleased by the condo. The furniture and decor fit the space really well and love that there was room for us to put away all our things. Being able to access the unit with a code was a huge plus! Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway.
