Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath recently updated condo located on the south end of the Island at the Essex Condominium.

The condo is well appointed with a king bed in the master with in-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and dual sinks. The guest bedroom has 2 full beds and an adjacent bathroom with single vanity and tub and shower combo as well as a flat screen TV. The living room is decorated in warm colors and has comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV.

This condo has several amenities such as a washer and dryer in the condo, free wi-fi, tennis court and pool (with plenty of chaise loungers to soak up some of the beautiful weather.) If you feel like going to the beach well The Essex is not far at all - about 5-7 minutes walking, biking and even less time if you have a vehicle.

There is an assigned covered parking spot not far from the condo as well as parking for your guests. There are several restaurants, a movie theater, shops just a short distance from the condo.

This 5th floor condo is one that guests will request year after year. 7 night minimum stay required.

    We had a winderful time. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and gift shops. Only had a couple of issues. AC wasn't working when we got tjere but was fixed the next day. The night before we left the garbage disposal acted up, dishwasher leaked into the floor. We assume it had something to do with the garbage disposal but didn't ruin our vacation because we were leaving the next morning.

    Condo is very nice snd spacious. Newly updated and comfortable. 10 minute walk to South Beach. Close by restaurants and shopping. Very pleasant stay.

    We unfortunately had to cancel our trip before we had the opportunity to come down to visit this property due to a family medical emergency altered our plans. Catherine was super helpful during the entire process, and was super friendly to deal with! I will be looking to rebook this property in the future!

    Condo was perfect size for our family of four. Short enjoyable walk to the beach and the included beach chairs and gear were a bonus. We'll definitely plan on returning to stay at the Essex on Marco Island.

    Our stay was great! My only negative feedback would be that we were without more than one roll of toilet paper, a few garbage bags, and would appreciate leaving the linens dirty that would take more than 2 loads to Complete since we had an early flight.

    Property is in good conditions although some little things as burned lights in the master bedroom were not taken care before our stay. So light conditions on the master bath were not that great besides the only 2 working lights were still low wattage incandescent lights. The kitchen is well equipped and towels were available in a descent number, appliances were working OK with the exception of the freezer that had some ups and downs and was quickly fix when reported. The description of the property states that the beach is 5 to 7 minutes away what is not true and if we knew that we probably would not have booked the place. Unless one is considering the distance between the elevator to the Public access on Collier that averages 7-8 minutes plus another 3-4 to reach the entrance of the beach. So in total it is like 10-12 to the entrance of the beach.

    The condo was beautifully decorated with all the amenities needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed to cook meals. There were plenty of linens and the beds were super comfy. Great location with only a short walk to south beach. Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.
