All units are privately owned with a handful of week long timeshares. Planning a reunion We have a 2BR and 1BR on the SAME floor! Reserve early. Coded entry to building for the privacy of our guests. Internet and Dish Network are free. Covered parking is optional and is $50/ stay paid to the Association on lobby level (3rd floor) upon arrival.
