Welcome to your Mammoth Lakes home base! This second-floor condominium sleeps up to 6 and puts you within a 5-minute walk of Eagle Lodge, with access to The Summit’s hot tubs, sauna, seasonal pool, and sports courts.



The Space:

Settle into a cozy, ski-lodge–style 1-bedroom + loft, 2-bath condo in The Summit Condominiums. The living area is designed for relaxing between adventures, with a comfortable sofa, single recliner, smart TV, and a new high-efficiency pellet stove for that warm mountain ambiance. Slide open the door to the balcony for fresh alpine air in the warmer months.

The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, cookware, and dinnerware—easy for at-home meals. Gather at the dining table with seating for 6 for family dinners or game night. You’ll also have the convenience of an in-home washer and dryer and WiFi.



Beyond your door, enjoy The Summit’s communal amenities, including refurbished hot tubs, a sauna, an on-site gym, a seasonal pool, and a brand-new sports court with tennis, two pickleball courts, and a basketball court. There’s even a secure ring in your parking space to lock up your bike.

Important Things to Note

• Stairs required: This is a second-floor unit.

• WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Parking: The garage entrance is on Holiday Vista Dr. There is an assigned parking spot for 1 vehicle. Parking passes are required and will be located inside the unit; please display during your stay. A secure bike lock ring is available in the assigned space (bring your own lock).

• Communal amenities: Hot tubs have been recently refurbished. The pool is seasonal. Sports courts are available (tennis, 2 pickleball courts, basketball); please bring your own equipment. Availability and hours may vary.

• This home is not pet friendly.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.



Getting Around:

Location logistics: About a 5-minute walk to Eagle Lodge. It’s a short drive or chair lift ride to The Village at Mammoth. Sierra Star Golf Course is right across the street (seasonal). You’ll also be a short drive to shopping (Vons/Minaret Village and Main St/Old Mammoth Rd shops), parks, and the Town Loop Path. Yosemite National Park is under an hour by car.

    Place was very well set up for the 4 of us, could have slept more too as there was a couch bed we did not use. Very well stocked kitchen with lots of utensils and cooking options. Host sent very detailed directions for entry, check in and check out, how to use the electronics, how to access the spa, and also parking instructions.Thisnplace has a covered parking garage and with an inside door entrance that you can use to access your car without going outside in the eain or snow which is a nice bonus keeping you and your gear clean and dry for loading in a storm. The bedding was comfortable and there are 2 bathrooms with 2 showers which is great for a small place, we were all able to get ready promptly in the mornings. Had a great stay and will definitely look to book again next season

    Clean, well stocked kitchen, covered parking, and a gym... but the best thing of all is to be able to walk to Eagle Lodge! Can't beat that! Thank you for a great getaway. Will definitely stay there again!

    Quick drive to Eagle Lodge free parking. Could easily walk with a board.Beds were comfy. Kitchen had all we needed. Place was clean.

    This was a nice unit. Over the years we have stayed in a number of different condo's. This is one of the nicer ones. The person sleeping in the loft bed said that the memory foam topper seemed to get very warm. Downstairs bed was comfortable. Like all places in Mammoth the heating is always a little tricky. Over the years we have learned to utilize the fireplace to keep the unit warm. The same is true in this condo. It is apparent that the family that owns this unit enjoys their time in Mammoth..     Great property in a great location. Easy walk or drive to Eagle Lodge. Easy check-in and out and host communication smooth throughout the stay. Would definitely stay here again.
