Beautiful condo, conveniently located, but not in the craziness and gorgeous views. Even had a birds eye view of the Blue Angels flying by! Absolutely loved it.

Thank you Wade and Cyndia for sharing your beautiful condo! We enjoyed our stay so much and felt right at home! There were so many extra touches that made the stay all the better. It was so convenient to have beach towels, games, crayons and coloring books, and beach toys..although we had brought all our own items lol! It was still a nice touch! We truly lacked for nothing! The condo was beautifully decorated. The location was absolutely perfect! The views were spectacular. Honestly, Wade and Cyndia thought of every details and more. We truly lacked for nothing. The only think is that beach chairs and an umbrella are provided by the building at about 40/day, but we knew that ahead of time so we were prepared and brought our own. It was easy to do since we drove there, but im not sure what we would do if we flew. Overall, it was a blessing and hope whoever reads this review will book the condo and enjoy it as much as we did. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home! We already booked for next year!

Communication before and the day of arrival was excellent for helping us settle in with ease.The décor and amenities were first class showing great thought went into what travelers need in a home away from home.The view from the balcony was excellent for viewing sunsets each day.

This amazing condo was the perfect foundation for the rest and relaxation we were seeking. Beautifully decorated, it’s both bright and cheerful yet warm and cozy at the same time. It truly felt as though friends had stepped out of their home and invited us to stay. Everything was spotless and well-kept, with high-quality touches throughout—from the kitchen accessories to the furniture.And the views—just breathtaking! We could see the ocean from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and even the master bathroom. The balcony quickly became our favorite spot, offering a peaceful, serene place to unwind while taking in the expansive ocean views and soothing sounds of the waves. The patio furniture was sturdy and very comfortable.The pools and hot tub were well maintained, but the beach quickly became our top choice. Perdido Key Beach is now my absolute favorite! Wade and Cyndia went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We’re leaving feeling completely restored and rejuvenated. Thank you both for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We have enjoyed this condo now for the past three years. Kids love the access to the indoor pool on rainy days and the beach access is great. Close enough to both Pensacola and Orange Beach to enjoy a variety of eateries or outdoor activities.

We had a wonderful time staying here this trip. We always stay at Beach Colony but this was our first time staying in this unit. It had anything and everything you wanted or needed. Made for a fantastic, relaxing trip. Thank you!!!

The condo was exactly as described and very clean. The attention to detail was amazing! The owners truly thought of everything. Communication with Wade was fast and friendly. We had a great time and enjoyed the amenities and location very much!

Excellent stay-condo was beautifully decorated and supplied everything we needed for our girl cousin retreat! Views are fantastic, unit is very clean and so well appointed for dropping your bags and enjoying your time on the beach!

This was our second time at this condo and it has everything you need. It is well stocked, beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location. The views are gorgeous. There are games for kids and adults, and the balcony has a wonderful seating area. We will definitely be back again. I highly recommend it!

Clean, well stocked, beautiful views and warm indoor pool. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and would’ve walked the beach but it was so cold/snow still in patches on sand!

This is a beautiful condo with lots of nice touches. The owners have thought of everything you need to have a relaxing stay. I love that you can see the ocean from the master suite. We’ve been to Perdido five or six times, but never in the winter. We enjoyed the quiet, walking on the beach, and no wait times at all our favorite restaurants. We even discovered a couple new favorites this trip. We will definitely be back in winter again.

This was an amazing vacation, beautiful beaches, weather was nice just warm enough. I was able to bring my family to visit where our parents and grand parents are from. We had a great time shopping and touring the area. Perdido Seafood Market is awesome we had our traditional seafood fest for the new years and a wonderful time with family.

In one of my favorite poems by Alfred, Lord Tennyson, Ulysses, he speaks of the quest for travel and adventure. This beautiful condo addresses every aspect of a perfect home (A Dream Come True) as mentioned by the owners. The unique attention to detail, timely communications with the owners, proximity to Pensacola and the attractions it offers, and the pristine white sand beaches bring the entire visit to a pinnacle of joy and satisfaction, not to mention relaxation on this trip to FL. Renters will want for nothing. Those who have a culinary bent will be pleasantly surprised to find all manner of utensils, appliances and small wares. The furnishings are all comfortable and the lanai on the 8th floor affords outstanding views. Those looking for the perfect beach environment need search no farther. We have stayed at other properties on Perdido Key but this is by far our favorite. Our travels add meaning to our lives and Wade and Cyndia have brought that meaning to a new level. Thank you for a wonderful time in your home. We look forward to many return visits.

Unbelievable condo! Everything we needed for our kids (2, 4, 5, 13) from high chairs to sippy cups to extra towels and dishwasher pods. We couldn’t believe how perfect it really is, plus the ocean views. Two thumbs up. We are already booking our second stay here for 6 months out. Highly recommend.

This is the second time we've stayed at this property, and it will not be our last. It's conveniently located exactly where we like to be. And the owners have thought about everything in house they've stocked and decorated the place. It literally feels like our home away from home

Owner was very helpful and communicative in answering questions and providing information for the visit. The condo had many special touches, including instructions for how things work, labels to help us find things, and a very helpful binder with lots of area info. The unit was very clean and beautifully appointed. I truly felt that I was visiting friends in their home.

An amazing view and great property. The owner was wonderful with response times. One note … It would be helpful to have had the key code entry working. Sharing 1 key with 4 adults on different schedules made challenging at times.

This condo has been one of the best we have had the pleasure of being guests at!!! It was very well maintained and clean, amenities galore, views were amazing, and we never wanted for anything! The property location was convenient to all aspects of what we were looking for! From the Tanger Outlets in Foley to some eating and fun activities right down the road in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores all just seemed like 30 minutes or less as we were site seeing! But don’t miss out on walking right down from the condo to The Jellyfish Restaurant and Perdido Key Breakfast Club! The Salty Pearl Raw Bar was awesome too! The beach and pool were never crowded for us and chair rentals for the beach was a breeze! Truly, thank you so much for an amazing getaway for my family!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is fantastic, views are amazing, & it’s very well done on the inside! You can tell Wade & his family love this condo & want to share this beach love with others. They are fabulous hosts who are very responsive if needed & have all the lil extras there for you if needed! I forgot to buy trash bag’s & dishwasher pods… but luckily they give you a couple in your welcome kits along with a sponge & dish rag! The beds are super comfortable, bedding & towels are nice, & the furniture inside is newer & felt very clean. We will definitely come back to Wade by C-side! ❤️

Wade and his wife have done a great job making this property easy to visit! We had a lovely stay. As others have said, the condo has everything you could imagine needing. The beds are comfortable, it’s all clean and well kept. Great job Wade by Cside!! Unrelated to the condo itself, I feel it worth mentioning to others considering this resort complex that the beach was PACKED in July. More people than we’ve ever sat at a beach with lol.
