Escape to the Beach! Phoenix 8, 1402, 2 BR/2 Bath

My family and I had an amazing stay here! Such a beautiful condo and great location!!

We had the pleasure of staying a long weekend at 1402! The condo was cute and comfortable. Communication with Stephanie was a breeze and even one minor maintenance issue was addressed within the hour upon arrival which was much appreciated! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. All appliances were well cleaned and maintained. We think some furniture, rugs, and towels could use a refresh but that’s sometimes the nature of a rental. Overall, we were comfortable with the cleanliness of the unit, especially for a shorter stay. Enjoyed having ceiling fans in each room and good water pressure. The complex throughout was nice, clean, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the beach location and being within minutes of every convenience and restaurant we enjoy! We will definitely try to rent here again!

This unit delivered on the previous posts made. The Property could use some upgrades compared to other Phoenix properties near-by, but the unit itself made up for any short comings the property had. Great access to the beach, fantastic view, and easily accessible. There was a small issue, but it was remedied quickly.

This property was exactly as described. My family of four enjoyed all of the room that we had. The views from the balcony are gorgeous, and I enjoyed being able to sit out there in the morning and evening enjoying the sounds from the crashing waves. One of my favorite parts about staying here is that we never had any issues getting a parking spot. There were plenty of luggage carts, so that was not an issue loading/unloading. The elevators were quick with very little wait time. Beach and pool met all desired expectations. Kitchen is well stocked. Having the washer and dryer was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this location for a family.

Overall good visit. Don't understand why housekeeping doesn't take out the trash. Office manager was wonderful and so helpful!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The access to the beach was perfect and after a long day the condo was extremely quiet at night. It was everything we could have hoped for. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was really clean. We loved the view of the gulf. The check in process was very smooth. We certainly would stay here again!

Stephanie Frederic, Sea South Properties, was very responsive and able to add another night for us last minute. The condo was clean and had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again and work directly with Stephanie when we come back to Orange Beach.

This condo is as pictured. It is updated and very clean. The washer and dryer worked great. I really can't think of anything negative to say about this unit. Also, the cookware was of good quality for cooking breakfast each morning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
