The property was very clean. Everything described was avaiable. The washer and dryer area could use lighting. Other than that, you will not be disappointed.

We had a great stay at the condo, Heather the owner was very responsive. The condo was well equipped and easy to get to, was great to have a washer and dryer and able to launder towels etc.

Property is overall good. Parking was nice, kitchen had all we needed. Some of the blinds were not fully covering the windows on the first floor unit. It was not an overly populated area, but easy drive to get to some of the nearby neighborhoods.

The property is wonderful with amazing grounds. Love the extra beds in the second bedroom as it gave us added room for our kids to have separate beds. Very close to the beach and was perfect for our family.

Short drive to St. Pete Beach (approximately 6 minutes). Short drive to local restaurants and shopping. Nice pool(s) and a very safe and friendly neighborhood. Overall great vacation!

Great place and location for everything we wanted to do.

Once I found a place we wanted to stay, booking was pretty easy although there was some back and fore concerning the pricing. Our unit was very nicely furnished with a well-stocked kitchen. There's even a full size washer and dryer. Our check-in went well although our parking pass was not in the welcome book. Everyone we met in the complex was very friendly. The pool area is nice and there is a hot tub which we enjoyed.

We bike and golf and this is a perfect place. We could not play on the adjoining course but there are plenty of courses around St Pete. Terrific restaurants and beaches. Rxcellent bike paths. Condo as advertised. Five stars.

We were in St Pete with another couple for an event so this location was perfect.

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights for a wedding and we loved it! Beautiful area and close to lots of restaurants and the beach. Hope to stay here again in the future.

We appreciated the coffee. The extras u had for guests. Everything was very easy to find. Only problem was little cold. Ha. Everything was great. Coming back in april. We will be in checking availability. Thank you Rita

This condo was perfect, plenty of room to move around, 5 mins from everything we wanted. We will be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay at this condo. The location is beautiful with many beaches short distances away, tons of walking paths and a beautiful view of the golf course. The condo was clean and had everyyhing we needed. The host was very responsive to questions and concerns. I highly recommend!

It was easy to check in. Kristen was very helpful in helping my husband find the place. It was comfortable and beautiful. We loved the master suite. The bed was comfortable. The location was great, too.

This property served our purpose well. The location was perfect with easy access to St Pete beach, Pasagrille beach and Fort Desoto beach. A short 12 minute drive will get you to downtown St Pete. The beds were comfortable and the showers had good water flow. The Air conditioning worked great during a very hot week.The condo layout worked well for our party of 3. Communication with the host was seamless. And now for the opportunities for improvement: Couch uncomfortable to sit on. Kitchen was not well stocked with pots,pans, etc. Kitchen knives were very dull. Back patio area was covered with flying insects enough so that we didn’t want to go outside and sit. Lighting throughout the unit was somewhat dingy and would benefit greatly from being brighter. Our overall rating was a 4. We would give it a 5 if the improvements were adressed.

The condo is located on a beautiful golf course with a very short drive to the beach or a pleasant walk. Great location to water view dining and live music spots. Enjoyed the pool and nice walking paths through the community.

This is one of the best places to stay in the St. Petersburg area, hands-down! Close proximity to a lot of activities, including for De Soto. The beach is there are the best! We will be using this place again in the future for sure. We had the best hosts around and answered all questions promptly. Thank you again for a great stay!!
