Overall the unit was very nice and well equipped. We had no complaints except that the listings should mention that you are not allowed to park your boat trailer at the complex, and even if you were allowed, there really is not enough room to do so.

Unfortunately our entire family was unable to join us as planned and therefore the two of us had the place to ourselves. Being an older couple in our 70's, the three levels of stair cases were a negative. Plus having no bathroom on the main living area created another negative of constantly climbing stairs. The location was perfect, the pool was fantastic and the convenience of access to the beach was wonderful. We did experience a surprise from the HOA. They resurfaced the parking area and we were blocked access to our parking space for two days. A heads up would have been nice.

This place was fantastic! I stayed with my 6 children and it was very comfortable, there was plenty of room

We have a family of 8.The condo was nice and big enough to let everyone have their on privacy.. we definitely come back to the location

Beautiful view of the Sound. A short distance from the Gulf side beach. Condo is very nice. One important piece of advice is there are 51 steps to get to the condo living room. There is an elevator, but it was being repaired and unusable five of the seven days we were there. In all it is a great place. Personally, I would definitely stay again but only on the first floor.
