The host was wonderful. She responded right away to any questions we had. The condo was perfect. I enjoyed sitting on the patio with a cup of coffee in the morning. Its a very short to the intercoastal, and the beach.

We had a delightful stay at the property. We were there for parent’s weekend to visit our daughter at FAU and loved that we were so close to the beach- we walked down and had bagels for breakfast in the picnic pavilion, ocean front! Responsiveness was excellent from our host. She even had coffee pods available for this forgetful lady! Accommodations were optimal- we particularly enjoyed the projector in the bedroom for streaming our shows! Wonderful stay-Thank you!!!

Simply the best VRBO experience I've ever had. Clean, updated property; comfortable bed and other furniture; responsive, helpful owner; and plentiful towels, technology and supplies that go above and beyond.

I’ve never left a review — of a VRBO or anything. But other VRBO hosts — and other businesses — could take their lead from this one. Updated. Clean. Plentiful towels, soaps and other supplies. Everything functioning well: A/C, kitchen appliances (appear to be new) including ice maker in the fridge, TVs, fans. Strong water pressure in the shower. Easy, attentive communication from the host. If it all sounds straightforward, I wish I could say the same about everywhere I’ve stayed. Well done.

⸻Perfect Stay at Kevin’s Place – Highly Recommend! We had a fantastic extended stay at Kevin’s Place in Deerfield Beach while in town for my husband’s work. Originally booked through June 7th, we had to unexpectedly extend due to a delay with the roofing crew he was meeting. Our host was incredibly accommodating and graciously helped us secure the extra week without any hassle, which we truly appreciated.We travel often with our 14-month-old French Bulldog, and while we usually stay in hotels, it can be inconvenient — especially without guaranteed ground floor access for dog walks. This vacation rental was a game-changer for us. The fully fenced yard gave our pup space to play safely, and the private patio gave us a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the Florida weather.The home itself was spotless, very well-appointed, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed — from kitchen essentials to beach gear. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms and front room kept the space cool and comfortable. Having in-unit laundry was a big plus for a longer stay.Another huge perk? Location! Just a block from the beach and close to everything. We brought our electric bikes and were thrilled to find a bike rack on-site. We were able to ride to all the local restaurants without worrying about parking fees.This property truly checked all the boxes for us — comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and pet-friendliness.

We stayed for 4 nights and wish we had stayed longer. Excellent location. Condition of unit was excellent and as advertised. Everything looked brand new. The unit looked like it had just been renovated and was in great condition. There was even 2 new beach chairs and new umbrella. Would definitely recommend
