Desert Falls Country Club is a well maintained community and is truly one of the desert's hidden gems. The Coachella Valley is home to world renowned tennis tournaments, golf tournaments, and popular music festivals in April. There are plenty of fine dining restaurants, shopping, and much more with close proximity. If you enjoy the outdoors, there are numerous hikes and biking trails for outdoor aficionados. I highly recommend taking a day trip to experience the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, which is the world's largest rotating aerial tram car. Trust me, its an experience you will never forget it!

Maximum Occupancy: 6 overnight guests/12 day time guests (City fine: $5,000 for violations.)
No Parties — Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.
Trash Management:

Place household trash in the garage bins.
Sunday Night: Move bins to the curb (trash pickup is early Monday).
Check-out on Monday Please return bins to the garage.
HOA Rules: Trash can only be curbside 24 hours before/after pickup. Any fines issued will be your responsibility.
