I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a corner condo with a large wrap around deck so it has a lot of space. Nicely decorated, everything updated. One demerit, I guess is that the refrigerator does not have an icemaker or cold water dispenser. Otherwise, all is great.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025excellent experience and looking forward to staying again next year. Was very close to ski and kids loved the heated pool. the property was very comfortable and accommodating for everything we needed.

Stayed Jul 28, 2024This is a great place to stay. Beds were comfortable. Place was very clean. It had everything we needed. Kitchen had all we needed. Three TVs and the one in living room was much larger than it appeared in pictures Would recommend to anyone.

All the amenities for the kitchen (dishes, pots/pans, coffee makers, etc.). Property was well-organized and decorated beautifully. Many options for books, board games, tennis, etc. Grandkids enjoyed the pool on the property, and local activities (alpine slide, mountain coaster, and pizza at Purgatory Resort, Durango rodeo, train, Honeyville, etc.). Beautiful views. Very well taken care of property. Brandon Young was very helpful in responding to our questions prior to arrival. A very enjoyable experience in a peaceful location with beautiful views.

They report that everything was really nice! The location layout of the condo, and all the amenities! I booked the condo after looking at several of them #37 an end unit. Great views and lots of snow for the wedding. Brandon Young, property management, was great help for southerners trying to navigate a Lot of snow!! Tips for driving etc. Couldn’t have made it without your advice!Thank you!

Stayed Feb 24, 2023Great condo! Had everything our party needed for a purgatory ski weekend. My only complaint is the parking garage has low clearance. Our cargo box on our truck wouldn’t fit.

It had everything we needed and more. The distance from the ski mountain cannot be beat. The rentals for the ski equipment were so convenient and easy. The restaurant was delicious as well.
