Stayed Feb 21, 2024This condo was not dirty, dirty per say. But needs a good spring cleaning, especially kitchen cupboards. The owner needs to explain more detail on getting into the condo. Only gave me number for keypad but did not explain how to turn what knob to actually get in. The owner needs to give more instruction, example, what to do with dirty towels when leaving, a map of buildings, and a map of area with local restaurants. Would be of great help. But loved the quietness of the complex and people staying their were very nice. Close to grocery store.

Stayed Nov 24, 2025Very nice complex. Within walking distance to everything we needed. The condo was very nice & clean. It was very quiet and nevrr had a lack of good pool chairs. We really enjoyed our time here.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025Three of us had a wonderful stay. Everything about the condo is perfect. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked but the best part is the views from the large covered patio. with lots of seating choices, we spent many an hour on the private deck watching the sunrises and whales. The beach is a short walk across the property from the unit which is in the building closest to the road. Grocery shopping, restaurants and access to local Urbano are within walking distance. We used Uber which was cheap and efficient. Take in all that San Jose Del Cabo has to offer from your home away from home! Thanks Antoni for the amazing hospitality! One note - this unit is close to the highway and you can hear traffic.

Stayed Dec 21, 2024Great unit overall. Very responsive owner and property manager.Very well stocked with kitchen appliances, supplies, spices/oils etc.Very easy access to grocery store across the street and many pools on property.I personally prefer lower level units with kids as we're in and out of the pool all day however for adults without children the 3rd and 4th floor are ideal for a nicer view of the ocean.

Stayed Mar 3, 2024This unit is in the Las Mañanitas resort, which is right on the beach. The unit is in the phase of the resort that’s closest to the entrance. We could see whales breaching from the balcony. Magical.
