Entire Condo 2/1 Channelside 2 min to Ybor City,

False advertising. Said 2 bedrooms.. second “sleeping area” was an alcove with foam mattress bad and no door or privacy

Great location, clean condo

We loved the location in Channelside -it was close to shops, restaurants and the Riverwalk. The two pools were great and the fitness center had good equipment. The host sent us a PDF with check in procedures which stated we were to access a gray door with a keypad. However the door he indicated was marked Garage and had no keypad on the outside of it. When I asked him what building the unit was in (North or South) he told me to read the PDF. He was very hostile and kept telling me to refer to the PDF. When I said the PDF was confusing he threatened not to allow us to stay at his place. I have rented places on another platform for over 12 years without any issues. This was our first experience on VRBO and he was rude and aggressive. The unit itself only has one true bedroom. There is a daybed in an alcove off the kitchen. There is no closet or door to that area so it offers no privacy. We only needed one bedroom so that wasn’t an issue for us. The unit was tastefully decorated and the bathroom had plenty of counter space. If he had not been so threatening we would have given the stay 5 stars but a part of me was worried the whole time we were there that he would kick us out.

Beautiful place and location

This was a great property and a tremendous value. If i had stayed longer i could have really used the excellent amenities provided with the rental. My only complaint would be that the living room area only had a projector for a TV which is cool, but it was so noisy it was unwatchable unless you turned the speakers up super loud.

Check-in was great! I admittedly did not read the check-in instructions super carefully because I was driving, but the owner was very gracious to answer my questions.Pros: Both the condo and the location were just lovely and my son and I felt very safe. Love that all the bedding was white and the mattresses are all encased so we could check for bed bugs quickly and easily (and saw absolutely NONE, thankfully)! Also love that there was extra bedding (as my son had a terrible nosebleed. Fortunately, all the stains came out of the sheets, because the washer and dryer in the unit were great!) The kitchen was well stocked (minus a pizza pan and pizza cutter, but we got creative and split the pizza between the two tiny cookie sheets). Fridge and freezer were very clean. Condo was very clean and we had everything we could have wanted while we were there. Awesome balcony views! Son loved working out at the gym, which is in the building down the street.Cons:We never found the pool, but I know it’s there. Curtains don’t close across the window in master, but there are blinds.Fridge water dispenser leaks a little, but we just kept a couple of paper towels on the floor and it was fine. My son wanted to have a friend over who goes to school in Tampa, but we couldn’t invite her to come for dinner because there was no place for her to park. Having access to a guest parking pass (even one we needed to buy) would have been really nice.Would definitely stay here again!

Great amenities and a convenient location for short term stay or vacation.

Spent a week in Tampa. The condo is within easy walking distance to the free trolley, buses, grocery, bars and restaurants. There are 2 beautiful pools and a gym. The unit itself is comfortable for 2 people or a couple and a single.Four people would be a itbit crowded.

We stayed at the condo, 2 nights before our cruise set sail. The location was great. Easy to walk about, local restaurants, nail salons and the cruise terminals was about 1 miles away. Uber access was easy and quick.Plus a CV and Publix groceries around the corner.We didnt need a rental car.The condo was lovely. Clean. Simple. Beds were comfortable. Lovely balcony and salt water pool too.The owner was always quick to respond too.

We had some difficulty finding the building and getting settled (mix-up on wifi login info), but timely communication with Ernest overcame all these issues.They stay was enjoyable . Comfortable bed, good shower, the kitchen had more than we needed, but we ate most of our meals out. The location is EXCELLENT. Easy walk to downtown, but we had fun taking the free trolley only a block or two away. Would recommend.

Very homie and close to the trolley to Amalie Arena. A bit of late night street noise from people but to be expected being downtown.

This place is in a great location for easy access to downtown Tampa, Ybor City and the cruise ports. It was clean and well equipped. The host, Ernest, was easy and prompt to communicate with.

Excellent condo for couples. Very comfortable and location was close to trolleys top. I suggest adding railings in the bath tub for people with mobility issues. Overall, it was a convenient location.

Oh my goodness I cant say enough about this place, from the location, amenities, and convenience! Ernst was a great and responsive host. We visited Tampa to see my nephew and he actually live in a building literally through the courtyard (around the corner) from the Slade Building, so this place was perfect. there was a short walk to the Publix, CVS, the Starbucks, and street car line which was FREE! We had a great time and the condo was the perfect size for the 2 of us. We will definitely be staying here again the next tome we plan a trip to Tampa. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had an amazing trip to Tampa for Morgan Wallen (Thursday night concert) but we were so disappointed when we arrived at the condo to discover that it is technically a one bedroom with a twin bedroom in the side entrance as you walk into the unit. We passed up so many other places because of needing an extra room for our teenage daughter. She didn’t even have a door to close and the kitchen lights shone directly into that “area”. The unit was clean but only had one key fob so everyone had to stay together to come and go. Earnest was good about answering questions since we struggled with the check in process, that was our fault- we didn’t understand which grey door to enter. If it was listed correctly I wouldn’t have nothing negative to say but other guests need to know it cannot sleep 4 adults unless someone is sleeping on the sectional.
