The condo was perfectly clean and comfortable. Location was greAt! Right by the pool and a quick walk to Baytowne Wharf.

We loved our entire vacation to Sandestin Fl. The property was very well maintained and everything was within walking/bike ride distance. EVEN THE BEACH only thing that was wrong with rental was the matress was very dated and way too soft. Actually slept on the couch 2 of the 5 nights. Everything else was good or exceptionally great.

This unit is not suitable for anyone who has limited mobility. The step in height of the tub is too tall to enter safely without assistance & there are no grab bars. Also for some reason the bed frame is on 4 inches risers making getting into the bed difficult for anyone under 5'8 tall. The unit is decorated nicely but all of the chairs in living room & dining area either swivel or have wheels. The couch has one armrest that can be used to assist in getting up. Great unit if you don't have mobility issues. Also

We loved our stay here! This unit overlooks the pool, but is very private. The short walk to shops and dining was perfect for us. Will definitely return!

This unit is very spacious, its at the end of the hallway, so very private patio. You cannot drive up to the front door, you must enter through the parking garage, so be sure to park in the area marked Bahia. Note, dining table is small and only seats 2 people. No separate shower but a deep tub. Pool is large with plenty of lounge chairs and the resort has plenty of sidewalks. Baytowne Village is only a 5 min walk away.

Weekend well spent! This condo had charm, comfort, and just the right touch of luxury. From morning coffee on the private balcony to evening strolls nearby, it was the kind of place that definitely makes you want to extend your stay. Can’t wait to come back!

This unit has the potential to be a 10/10 but I hate that this was not our experience. It has normal wear and tear which was not an issue but the unit was dirty. I have 3 small children so I had to spend 1/2 day cleaning and disinfecting just to feel comfortable staying in our room. The bedding was terrible, I would not say this room comfortably accommodates more than 2 people unless upgrades are made. The bedding that is provided for the pull out mattress and master bed is not suitable for use.

This is our 3rd time staying at this location and we absolutely love it! The views to the court yard, convenient access to the pool, and short walk to the Village, makes it a great place.

This was a perfect fit for my family of four. If you’re looking for privacy but still close to Baytowne Wharf, look no further! The private patio was great! It was bigger than I thought it would be for a 1 bedroom. The bed and pull out sofa slept well and the unit was clean. We would stay here again.

This corner unit has a lovely private courtyard and is steps away from the Grand Sandestin resort style pool. It is also a very short walk to the Village of Baytowne Wharf. My kids loved playing at the pool and enjoying all of the fun activities in the Village. The unit was clean, attractive, and well-furnished, exactly as described. Thank you for a great stay!

Most everything advertized about the property was true. It did have a private courtyard! Mins. to pool,dining,shopping & nightlife. However the unit was not very clean, the floors were covered in sand, the shower curtain was dirty, the living room curtains and bedroom curtains were partially hanging. Over all it was ok.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property! The home was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions, but still peaceful and relaxing.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Very nice unit. Did not realize there was underground parking. Parking spaces very tight. Great Samsung TV but remote right arrow button did not work. Also Cox remote was just flakey. Had trouble getting back to live TV guide.Refrigerator filters need to be replaced.

Area is fantastic (beach and village wharf). Likes how there were multiple rooms as opposed to one large area with 2 beds like some of the other VRBOs in this complex. The condo itself was really nice but it needed some TLC. Floors were really dirty and bathroom railings would fall off since they were installed well.

The 1 bedroom apartment was very clean, modern, comfortable and in a good location on the property. Walking distance to pool, shops & restaurants.

Perfect spot for our final weekend of summer before school starts. Nice, clean & decorated so well. Hope to return again!

The condo is a perfect size for a small family. I loved how cute it was decorated and how it was fully stocked with the private washer and dryer. You absolutely cannot beat the location to the pool and restaurants, it really is a lovely place. Dislikes: We couldn’t park in the parking garage due to having a car topper, so it was a hike to unload and get to the condo with luggage for check in. Also, the bedroom desperately needs a new mattress and pillows. It felt like sleeping in a hole and just very thin and squeaky.

Booked this place for my sons baseball tournament and was hesitant because of distance to park but I am glad I did. The host is very responsive. This place is as described and super convenient to a ton of restaurant options and right next to the pool. If looking for a place in destin/sandestin will def look to rebook.

Beautiful condo across from pool. Owner was very responsive to questions I had regarding the stay. Would stay here again.
