Enjoy your magnificent ocean views from your huge balcony!

The room was as advertised. Unobstructed view of the beach and ocean we spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the dolphins and the birds, especially in the morning. The room did not have a Keurig but a regular coffee pot so we had to go by coffee grounds that was the only disappointment. Also, the elevator is not working at this time. I think next time I would rent a first floor if there’s no elevator. The walk over to the beach would be my only complaint because the stairs stop at the bottom of the dune, and you have to climb the dune which can be a little taxing if you have issues with Mobility. Overall, it was a great stay. I highly recommend eating at Fish Heads bar and Grill. We also ate at Miller’s and the Bluewater Grill. Both were great for breakfast. We did go to Grits Grill,for breakfast one morning. We also went to Doug donuts and we visited the fresh market in various local shops.

This was a great stay. Loved the view from the living room as well as main bedroom. We had everything we needed for preparing breakfast and lunch each day. I loved that it wasn't just a well stocked kitchen - the quality of the items was higher than many bnb stays we haveexperienced. Great location, small market nearby. Easy beach walk to Jeanette's Pier. We definitely would stay here again.

Hands down the best beachfront location we’ve ever stayed. Step outside on the balcony at dawn with your coffee and watch dolphins feeding just offshore as the sun rises — it’s an incredible way to start the day. The beach is steps away, and you’re surrounded by great dining options.The two-bedroom, two-bath layout comfortably fit four adults and a child with room to spare. One tip: pack your own towels, since each bathroom comes with just the basics. Everything else you might forget is easy to grab nearby, but if you’re staying a few days, it’s worth picking up laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, extra towels, shampoo, soap, and groceries. The kitchen is well stocked, and a brand-new refrigerator was even installed during our stay.

Our family has stayed here for the past 3 years and we love it!! Let's just say that in addition to the beautiful view and great location, the caretakers and owner will do everything to make your visit amazing. Mike and Lisa are truly wonderful people. They make sure you have everything you need throughout your stay and even check in on you to see how things are going. We spend most of our time (12 hours/ day) exploring the OBX, but our special time is in the morning to watch the sunrise and the evenings to just listen to the waves. We are already planning to come back for our 4th year in a row!

The view is spectacular.

You can see the whole complex could use some updating. The balcony is the best part of this condo. Wonderful views and very relaxing. Hosts are very informative and available.

Can’t go wrong with beach front but the owners/managers of the property were really the best. Mike was so kind and easy to work with. We were here for our wedding at the pier and ended up having a decent amount of it upended by the weather. Mike was super kind and flexible with us using the condo. He even helped a couple other guests find it. The main bed/bath is sizeable and very cozy. We never stay ocean front so it was such a treat having this balcony and the nice furniture out there. All the amenities, WiFi, laundry, kitchen appliances worked great and made it feel like a home. Already looking to book out for the next couple of anniversaries!

The best thing about #203 at Pier View Condos is the view! Magnificent! The host pictures are true to life of the inside of the condo. Checking in/out was very easy. The negatives are the carpet and only partially updated bathrooms as well as the living room furniture not being very comfortable due to sagging. While clean enough it could use a more thorough cleaning. Screens on the sliding doors would be a plus. Then their is the elevator situation. I was told the elevator was broken before i booked but from what I've read this is an ongoing issue. I was also told of the availability of a luggage lift which if we had not had that we wouldn't have booked. I only saw one access from the condos to the beach. If you have physical limitations as i do you should know it is a climb up and down through deep soft sand. Although i have a list of negatives, we had a wonderful time. Just a few updates to the condo and it would easily recieve 5 stars.

Absolutely loved the central location and the Condo. The weather let us down, but we had a great time, enjoyed local restaurants and a-lot of seafood! Plan to visit and re-book again in the future.

The balcony and the view from the condo were wonderful. We spent countless hours on the balcony reading, watching the waves and simply enjoying the weather, which was beautiful! The condo was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again.

This property was easy to find, good parking, and nice accommodations. The ocean view was wonderful. The owner was good with communicating some work being done. We all agreed that we would definitely come again if the elevator is repaired. Even level 1 condos require the climbing of stairs. Also a note about the pull out couch; when cleaning between patrons, pull the couch from the wall and lift the mattress. We vacuumed lots of crumbs etc from under.

Comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. Sweet view off the balcony. From the door, you could find the ocean in 5 minutes with your eyes closed.

This is a great property in a perfect location. View from the balcony was amazing. Having the elevator was an extra bonus. Both the host and onsite management responded quickly to questions and were very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

We have stayed at PierView several times. It's always an enjoyable vacation spot! The condo was clean and quiet.

Fantastic location, steps from beach. Great balcony views. Cons were: starter items were very minimal. No dish rag or towels in kitchen and only one pod for diswasher ,only one set of towels per person for stay, one roll of toilet paper per room, no beach chairs.

It was wonderful. The views are breathtaking. Clean and well stockwd kitchen.

At first glance walking in, it looked very nice, after looking around it could have been cleaner. The whirlpool tub was really dirty, king size bed didn't have a fitted sheet on it so I had to lay on the flat sheet and cover up with a blanket, didn't want to cover up w/the comforter. Had to call next morning for a fitted sheet and more bath towels. I had also asked for extra blankets but none were ever dropped off. No kitchen towels or dish cloth were provided, no extra tall kitchen garbage bags, had to go buy some. Neither patio door had screens so we couldn't enjoy the sounds of the ocean without bugs flying in. The patio door in living room was broke so had to use a bar along the bottom to hold the door shut, it didn't even latch. That Ad stated grab your beach chair, which there weren't any available, that was disappointing and a little misleading, was hoping to sit in chairs on the beach. Certainly when you travel you don't pack beach chairs. Knowing what I know now, I would asked more questions up front. Overall an OK place to stay, nice location, close to shops and restaurants.

The unit is in an older building, but is very clean and very well maintained. We were surprised at how big the space was with a nice kitchen and dining area. Great view and you can walk right out back onto the beach.

Overall a great place to stay. It's the little things that were a bit frustrating. Ice maker didn't work; pools were closed and no kitchen dish rags or dish towels. Found a wonderful church to attend on Easter only 10 min from condo, called Nag's Head Church.

Million dollar view and location in need of a complete makeover. The location for the unit can’t be beat and is just about in the center of the Outer Banks (OBX) from Corolla all the way down to Hatteras Village, making it easy to explore most of the OBX. We had a great breakfast each morning at Sam and Omie’s just up the street (make sure to ask for Emily to be your server). The unit itself had a fantastic ocean view which made up for most of the other issues with the unit. The unit was clean and neat and had all the comforts of home. But all the furnishings were “vintage” 80s and 90s, including the mocha brown bathtubs and toilets. The lighting was not good, including task lighting and overhead lighting. One of the slats for the blinds in the front bedroom was broken making a lack of privacy since there were no drapes. And due to the older carpeting, dim lighting, vintage décor and dated kitchen, the unit felt a little dingy but was otherwise neat and clean. The entire property and the unit are in need of a lot of TLC. There is peeling paint, rust stains in the elevators and elsewhere, discolored fencing, and other signs of excessive wear and tear throughout the complex. We realize living on the oceanfront is harsh on buildings. But for the price we paid and even considering the great location, the entire complex needs to be updated or charge a lower price. We would stay in the unit again. But it and the entire complex both need a lot of TLC.

First, the view can't be beat. The condo was very clean and neat. The furniture is not the most comfortable, however. Overall a good experience.

The access to the ocean was great. We saw lots of dolphins. Convenience of food, activities etc was good too.

its was fun . Stayed in pier view before the other condos were much cleaner and nicer.. sinks slow to drain. view of course was great. Place was dirty even the bedding seemed dirty.

Great place, elevator, ocean front, ice maker didn't work and it would have been nice to know in advance since seems the owner knew, as the last thing after a long drive, unpacking, etc, to have to back out for a bag of ice. Was not an issue; just would have been nice to know in advance! Highly recommended!!

This condo was on the second floor and we can watch the sunrise every morning on the balcony. We did not have to leave the house to be in the beach if we did not want to. Bring your own launry detergent, dishwasher soap, bath soap and shampoo.

We love the location and view from our Pierview condo. This was our second year at this complex. The condo is the perfect size for us. The view is terrific and you're within walking of Jeannette's Pier. We love our morning coffee on the deck, watching the ocean. Thank you for the stay!

Property is older. Clean as it can get. Does need some updates in the bathroom and deep cleaning. Could use extra bath towels when the other ones are washing.

Love staying at Pierview. Beautiful condo. The mattress was amazing and the view from the balcony impressive. We will definitely come back again.

Unfortunately hurricane Debby came North along the Atlantic Coast and flooded South Nags Head and in particular around the Whalebone Junction area. We evacuated Wednesday Morning when tornado warnings were posted. This bad luck was coupled with the break down of the elevator and we were on the third floor and had to hand carry all our luggage, groceries for the week, and beach things down the three flights of steps to load the car and evacuate. More bad luck.

First of all, no one before we arrived told us the elevator was broken. We saw the managers, Mike & Lisa, and asked them when the elevator would be fixed. They said they were waiting for a sensor. Well, we came on a Saturday and left on a Saturday and the elevator still was not fixed!! We had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs all week!! There were disabled people there that had to do the same thing! Also, the room was dirty, especially the bathroom! It really ruined our vacation!! I was extremely disappointed! Please, take it from me, go somewhere else to stay!!!!!!!! I will never, ever stay here again!! Also, booking this room was deceiving! I wasn't aware we were booking through Vrbo! They charged us $500.00 in extra fees!! Book directly through a hotel and save yourself money!!!!

The property's elevator was out of service for our entire stay.We weren't notified of this fact. My husband is disabled, and found it very difficult to go up and down flights of stairs. Had we known we would have cancelled our reservation. The condo had a long rust stain running down the wall in the living room, and there were no appropriate butcher knives or paring knives to use. Also the ice maker in the fridge didn't work. There were several elderly couples staying at Pierview, the elevator being out of order was not acceptable. They could have at least had someone there to help with luggage. The lift was helpful, but not enough for the amount of couples arriving and leaving at the same time. We won't be staying here again. We certainly didn't get what we payed for!

I had stayed at Pierview several years ago and it was excellent, not so much this time, the property has definitely been neglected. I was made aware before we arrived that the elevator was down but the part had been located and hopefully would be fixed soon, we never even saw anyone working on it, so needless to say hauling luggage and beach supplies up the steps was no fun. Once in our unit we discovered the ice maker didn't work and the outlets in the kitchen area kept tripping and couldn't be used. I tried multiple times to reach someone to report these issues but nobody ever responded, I'm glad we didn't have an emergency, we would have been on our own. If these issues weren't enough we also had bugs in our unit, I didn't even attempt to contact anyone because I already knew I wouldn't get a response. This property has definitely gone down hill and I would not stay there again.

Love the condo, the view and the ease of beach access. Property managers are wonderful. Walk to Jeanette’s Pier, restaurants and ice cream! ❤️
