Enjoy the Spectacular Views from the Spacious and Private 19th Floor Balcony!

Property was nice. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. The frig didn’t get very cold but was cold enough to keep food ok. Ice maker was a big plus. Short distance to the beach was nice. Elevators were awesome… very little wait time in comparison to bigger complexes like Phoenix where you can wait 40 min for an elevator. All in all, great weather and nice stay. Master Bedroom was nice but other 2 rooms were on the small side….for those who put air mattresses for their kids by their beds…cannot do it … no room. BBQ pit on each balcony is awesome! Would stay at Beach Club again but at a bigger condo.

We enjoyed our weeks stay. Appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked. The balcony as wonderful and the view of the gulf was fantastic! Would recommend this unit.

This unit was a beautiful spot. The view is gorgeous and the owners and staff were so attentive to any questions we had which is so appreciated!

We were there for my son’s wedding - 6 adults stayed in the unit. PLENTY of space; very comfortable- excellent location. Was very impressed with the kitchen- well stocked, organized and CLEAN! Only negative (and it’s really no biggie) but there were no empty cabinets for food. We just had to leave food out on counter. Also- may need new couch soon. Would highly recommend this unit.

Sunset Blues is absolutely amazing. The view is beyond awesome, the condo is beautifully appointed, and the owners are quick to respond to any questions. Check in and out was effortless. It is a wonderful vacation spot in many ways! Seeing the sunrise from the balcony is spectacular. Actually, seeing anything from the balcony is spectacular! We have rented here before and we will certainly be back.

We loved the place. Everything was perfect. Great layout, huge patio and grill!! The indoor pool option is very nice!! The only thing I would recommend is more comfortable mattresses and couch. We will be back to beach club!

I didn’t agree about the price at first but now I know why. If you want true convenience, best views & very clean experience, you need to get this place. I use to live in Pensacola and I never experience a view like this. There’s 20 floors and this one is on the 19th. It was right smack on the premier section of Pensacola beach. Walking distance to everything! Amazing experience. Also, you check in like a hotel. So convenient.

Marianita was a great hostess for our family getaway. Their condo is lovely and we especially enjoyed the veranda and seeing/hearing the ocean. Very relaxing. Well appointed kitchen as we cooked in most nights. Our 6 mos old grandson’s first trip and first time seeing the beach and being in a pool. He was mesmerized and loved it. Nothing like seeing the world through a child’s eyes. Definitely recommend this property.

What a lovely, comfortable condo . We loved our time here. Beautiful views and huge patio. Would book again in a minute! Enjoyed the welcome basket on our arrival! Minor issue with shower door leaking in 2nd bathroom and water not quite hot in 3rd bathroom shower. Owners were very quick in communicating ....
