Enjoy the Siesta Key Beach Life to the fullest! Beach AND Pool Access

The house was very dirty and unsanitary for living. The plumbing wasn’t working. The handles on the cabinets in the kitchen where all off so couldn’t even use those. The washer and dryer machines were missing. And on top of that the door to the closet fell on my foot and gave a a bruise because it wasn’t screwed on. It took the owner to reply to my concerns 3 day!!!! Very unprofessional and unreliable

Pros: Excellent location to the beach, easy parking, designated spot in back and can park extra vehicle in front. Beach towels provided. Hot water in showers. Cons: Need new mattresses. They are old and super uncomfortable. They only provide 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms and 1 paper towel for kitchen. Stayed 7 nights and it'd be hospitable if they provide extra. I had to purchase garbage bags, toilet paper, dish cloth, bath soap and dish soap. Floors were swept but not mopped. Small kitchen is overly cluttered with unneccesary items. The weird fabric thingys on fridge handles were gross and dirty, pot holders had crusted food on them. They should be switching these out with clean ones for new guests. The plastic table cover was clean on top but placed over a dirty table so I had to clean kitchen thoroughly in order to have a clean stay. There is a closet downstairs that holds all of the beach and cleaning supplies and it is a big disorganized mess. Items just thrown in haphhazardly. Across the street has several construction projects so expect loud construction noises super early in the morning with lots of traffic from several trucks and large vehicles throughout the day. Had to call to get access code because they never provided it at check-in time. They require you to use their own online portal to check in and out but it is a hassle to use and was never updated to provide door key code to get in. Had to call after-hours phone number to get code to get inside.

Loved the condo! Very spacious with plenty of beds. Easy walk to beach!

Condo was in a great location with easy walk to exclusive beach. Recommended taking bikes or renting them for easy ride to north or south dining and shopping locations. You can drive to these but park gets a little tricky at peak times. Host was great to work with fast response time. Highly recommend!

Clean, close to private beach, nice layout. Parking in front and back was helpful. A few things we might like different but would definitely book it again.

It was clean, had an issue with the bathtub upstairs. When you stood in it the floor waved, felt like you were going to fall. We could hear water sloshing under the tub. And the shower door in downstairs bathroom would not shut. Everything was good but the bathrooms need attention.

Enjoyable stay

The beach is great and great location. But... · The construction on the main road in front of the unit was horrible, had we known we would have stayed somewhere else. · Security guard allowed non guests access to the private beach. · The back door was not secure when we arrived. Also the battery on the lock was dead so we had to use the front door even though our parking spot was in the back of the condo. · Backdoor screen door hardware on backwards. Not sure how someone would even do that? · The main laundry room was out of order, just to find out the back up was 1 washer and 1 dryer. · During July 4th celebration on the beach the young kid in charge of the chairs had most of them chained up. He seemed lazy and just didn’t want to pick all of them up afterwards. · Unit instructions are not personable, we would not spend $ 2500.00 and then steal a used fork.

Beautiful private beach. Great food in the village. Easy drive from Atlanta

We love this location its close to everything the beach is right their. Place is very clean. We have been coming for two years and we will keep coming back.

Property grounds and laundry are fine. Beach access is great. Unit we stayed in itself leaves a lot to be desired. Busted dining room chairs, all but one of the refrigerator door shelves were broken so useless to store condiments in the door. Very outdated decor. Pillows and one bed not at all comfortable. Floors were free of sand but very dirty, our feet turned black walking inside. No beach wagon to use. TV's did not work properly at all. Don't expect to find any leftover shampoo, etc from prior guests. You need to even buy garbage bags
