Located on the same block as the Fort DeRussy Park, where no other hotels obstruct the fantastic ocean and park views. Our condominium is a studio with kitchenette. It has a two burner cook top, dual purpose microwave oven/ standard oven, mini refrigerator, two cup coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, utensils and dish setting for 3. There is a queen size bed.

Stayed Nov 8, 2025We have stayed at this property for several years now. It is all that it is advertised to be. We love the location, the ocean view from the lanai, the closeness of the beach, and the hotel amenities. We have already booked for next year. The only thing we would recommend, is a small to medium size saucepan for self catering improvement. Highly recommended!

Stayed May 6, 2025The location was great. 14th floor overlooking Fort DeRussy Park. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck looking down on the treetops and watching all the different birds. Quick walk to the beach, food trucks and anything else we needed. Opted not to rent a car and used bus passes. Easy and efficient way to get around. Staff was friendly and owners were very accommodating!!!

Stayed Dec 22, 2024We absolutely loved our stay in Sheryl and Greg’s apartment. The accommodation was great with everything needed for our 8 night stay. It was very comfortable. The location was perfect for accessing all locations, from the Main Street, beaches to public transport and even fuel station.We’d love to stay again on our next trip.

Stayed Dec 10, 2024I love staying at this condo in the Luana. The location is perfect. Quieter as it is right by Fort De Russy but walking distance to everything I’m interested in. The condo is super well appointed with two mini fridges, microwave, stove top, the bedding is lovely too. These are super hosts in my opinion! See you next year!

Condo and complex were clean, quiet and comfortable, with lovely amenities and all you’d need for your vacation or business trip. Will be staying here again for sure! Mahalo!

Stayed Oct 28, 2024This is our go to place in Hawaii! Location, amenities, ease of check-in/checkout and really great hosts. For many many years we stayed at the Halekoa (being retired military), however we now stay in sight of the Halekoa (a short stroll away) with more amenities at a more affordable price. The ability to self cater allows us to return each year. Thanks, Ken and Sheryl!

Stayed Aug 24, 2024Great place with fabulous views of the water and Ft. DeRussy. We parked at the Hale Koa parking after the first night and paid for the monthly rate vs $40 a night valet only. Had a great time overall. Some of the communication was confusing whether they had front desk privileges or not. We checked in once we had a phone conversation. All worked out and we would definitely stay here again.
