Place was a great place only downside was when we first checked in, the counters and floors were still dirty like they hadn’t been cleaned. Also the blankets in the closet were stained and unusable.

The property is across the street from Walmart and a few minutes from Publix. The is our second vacation at SeaChase. The property grounds are well maintained. The only recommendation I would suggest is consider a secure method of obtaining rental information. A gmail account and a unsecure text does not protect personal data.

The sofas and living room chair are in terrible condition. The kitchen needs a few updates. Owners should consider a knife set and updating a few things. Overall the condo was clean with the exception of the furniture. The patio furniture was amazing and views from 11th floor were unmatched.

Very easy to check in , they actually gave us the room about 2 hours early , which helped us out . Great location in orange beach . The only complaint we had was the stove top had 4 burners unfortunately only one worked , the oven was very slow to cook anything , and the frying pans need to be replaced , they were in terrible shape . Never did find the outdoor grills that we were told were outside to use ?? Great built in ice maker at the west bar was great to have . Over all great vacation rental 👍
