Stayed Dec 29, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The amenities were old- our coffee pot was missing the basket so for the first day we did not have coffee. And the hairdryer was a fire hazard. When turned on the back fell off an got very hot and made a weird noise. We unplugged it immediately. There was not enough furniture for everyone to sit down and be comfortable.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025Our stay during July 4th was very nice. The condo was clean and had amazing views of the beach. The firework display was very good and right beside the resort. The resort’s location is close to main attractions in town but seemed ‘quiet’ compared to other locations. We plan on returning each year for our annual beach trip!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo had a perfect view of the Gulf and a wonderful balcony. The king size bed was also very nice and comfortable. The one huge negative about this condo was that the washing machine didn't work. I called and texted repeatedly and was told maintenance had been notified, but no one ever came to look at it during our week-long stay. Not having a working washer during a beach vacation was not ideal.
